I can unequivocally say Retreat Apartments's is second to none on multiple levels. Management is most authentic, genuine & professional staff in the Williston Basin. Maintenance is on property and same day response for submitted requests.

We love this community. Everything has been such a peaceful & easy transition when going through the renting process & moving in. Our biggest pull in choosing The Retreat was definitely one of the office managers, Trinity, she is amazing & one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. So thankful for our new home…the amenities are pretty amazing too.

Nice place to live. Amenities are clean and upgraded. Issues get handled in less than 24 hours. The staff here treats you like family and really looks out. I appreciate Trinity and everything she does. Truly goes above and beyond at making everything smooth and comfortable.

The Retreat Apartments are a phenomenal place to stay, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff are so great to work with. Trinity has been so helpful with everything. If we have any issues, Trinity takes care of it promptly and is always so friendly when my family comes into the office. My kids love the pool and community center. I would would recommend the Retreat Appartments if your looking for a fun family environment.

My family and I have lived at the Retreat for almost 4 years and we love it! Back home, we always lived in the country and had our own land. These apartment homes are roomy, cozy, and scaled up from the average apartment. I love having my own entry door to the world and having an attached HEATED garage is amazing! The community feels safe...a lot of law enforcement presence and just friendly folks in general. We also enjoy the perks of the clubhouse, mail room, and parcel pending (no stolen packages here). The Retreat staff is VERY friendly, helpful, and prompt if you have any maintenance or neighbor

I absolutly love it here. The staff is excellent and go above and beyond for their tenants also some of the friendliest i've met in my whole life. Definatly reccommend checking this place out to live because it is beautiful and comfortable. The spaces are roomy and have a very homey feel to them. The geounds are So clean and well kept as well which is always. Refreshing. Im new to the area and this place has really made me feel right at home. 5 stars well deserved⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sarah has been amazing to work with. She has made every step of moving here very easy. I haven’t felt lost or alone in the process since it began. The apartments are beautiful as well as the grounds here. Sarah has gone above and beyond to make sure everything we needed even down to internet and cable was simple. Thank you so much Sarah for helping make our family move so much less stressful.

I call The Retreat "The Ritz Carlton of Williston"!
All of the staff (Sarah, Trinity and Miss Texas) go OUT OF THEIR WAY to immediately accommodate tenants' requests and truly do it with a smile!
The Retreat is QUIET, CLEAN and SAFE (many police and state patrol are tenants).
The feature most critical to me are the amazing fitness amenities including spin and yoga room/gym/basketball court/pool/golf sim. You can't beat the price either which offers huge discounts to medical providers and is only 3 minutes from the hospital:)

My wife and I have had a great process before and after move in! Sarah is just awesome. Helped out with everything that we needed . We were also treated by friendly Neighbors who welcomed us to our new home . Which we really liked . As far as the living space it self we love very spacious the attached garage is a plus . We also have an amazing view of Williston .The complex is very well maintained and the club house is amazing . Best one here in town I would say! Completely recommend this place reach out to Sarah she is great!

We recently moved into The Retreat Apartments, during our move-in process the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The grounds and facilities are clean every day and are peaceful.

The exercise rooms are open 24/7, rarely crowded, I really enjoy the tanning beds and pool area.
The inside of my apartment has a house feel to it and I definitely love my attached garage…
