John did a great job for us and was honest/professional throughout the whole process. He was even nice enough to give us a credit after the inspection that he really didn't need to. I was expecting the inspection and follow up to be much more stressful but it was not with John.

John also didn’t inspect the crawl space of my house which ended up costing me about $3500.00. Important tidbit, there was clear access to the crawl space in which I later entered to inspect the crawl space for myself after my house wouldn’t stay warm the first two months after I moved in. Let me state that the house was closed on at the end of November 2018, and over the next two months I had outrageous electric bills and could not keep my house heated. Thus, I decided to investigate the crawl space for myself. Once in the crawl space I found that the duct work was completely shot, over 50

Did a great job... I would make sure you talk to him in person right after the inspection ends. I think there is stuff that they have to say in the report like have an election check out soo and soo even though he pretty much knows. I helped flipped houses as a teenager and while must of what I did was shovel mulch I picked up a few things and he found things that I didnt see. He could also give good answers on how much he thought things would be to fix. Did a visual terminate inspection for free.
