I am a proud small business owner providing home inspection services in the Indianapolis and all surrounding areas. I have worked in the home construction field for over 20 years. I spent some of that time performing home inspections for another local home inspection company before I branched out on my own.
Appliances need to be treated with respect and care. They need room to breathe. Avoid enclosing them in a cabinet without proper openings, and do not store papers around them. Level appliances so they do not tip. Washers and dryers should be checked often. Their movement can put undue stress on electrical connections.

We used Brent for a home inspection in August of 2020. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. He verbally explained what was going on when he saw something and how urgent it was to fix. Everything he included in the report was explained verbally during the inspection, so there were no surprises when looking through it. After living in the house for a year, no issues popped up that weren't in the report. 100% recommend
