Radon comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water. The release of this radioactive gas enters the air you breathe, causing a potential health risk to you and your family. Radon gas can be found in just about anywhere. It can get into any type of building -- homes, offices, and schools -- and build up to high levels.
Septic systems are being used in 25% of all U.S. homes. Poorly managed systems have been named as a concern by nearly every federal and state program that deals with water resource issues. According to various reports and studies, an estimated 10% to 20% of septic systems fail each year. Septic systems treat and disperse relatively small volumes of wastewater from individual or small numbers of homes and commercial buildings.

Indy Inspection Service unfortunately missed extremely visible signs of black mold and water damage. I was out of the country at the time so my wife dealt with them during the initial inspection. Rich and IIS were polite and refunded our money, however they asked us to sign “non-liability” paper work to receive a refund. Initially this was accepted because the cost of the mold, time, and repairs just wouldn’t have been worth the hassle and receiving a refund was a fair deal. As time went on we have found a few more issues and should not have signed the paperwork. Despite the friendliness

Rich is wonderful. He's meticulous and honest. He will spend a lot of time looking at things and explaining what is good, bad, or just okay about them. He's maybe a little old school, but he certainly knows the code and prepares a very thorough report with photos and descriptions in quick turnaround time. The seller said they would do some things and didn't so I had Rich out a few times to re-inspect. Each time he was very helpful and went to bat for me to the seller's realtor and contractor to make sure that things were done properly. I would strongly recommend Rich if you
