Services
Training Manuals: We wrote our own manuals and have continued to improve them over the years. We deliver them in three-ring binders so we can update the information whenever it is necessary. The manuals, study guides, handouts and field exercises are simply the best available in the industry, at least from our admittedly biased viewpoint.
The home inspector course is designed to educate and train prospective home inspectors to perform professional home inspections in accordance with ASHI, NAHI, NACHI and State of Indiana standards. Classroom, hands on field and lab training, and home study are appropriate for full comprehension and retention of this course.
Upon registration and receipt of your nonrefundable deposit, we will ship you the three course manuals and the Field Exercises. We strongly recommend that you read all three before class! The first day of class you will receive two study guides and additional reference material. The course is designed to teach you to become a Home Inspector, not just to pass the state required Home Inspector Examination.
Our class size is small and we strive to offer flexibility for our students, so the actual course dates may change. If you have a scheduling conflict with the course dates offered let us know and maybe we can move it forward or back a week. Our eight day straight course runs from Saturday through Saturday and is intensive.
