My husband and I are in the process of relocating to Monterey, and are so happy we found Pacific Vista Apartments! So far I have only interacted with the property manager, Kyle, and he has been extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. Kyle even went so far as to buy us some essential groceries prior to moving into the unit so we wouldn't go hungry :)
I have had several questions through the move in process and all have been answered very quickly!
Also, finding a pet friendly community this close to the coast is extremely rare, and they do not charge an arm and a leg either. Our overall move in

Great place to live. Awesome location and the end units have lots of natural light. Kyle is very responsive and on top of things. Only drawback is the price.
Addendum: Still a nice place to live but had to lower the rating because they raised my rent $550/month after only six months of living here. They clearly do not prioritize keeping their tenants around. Thankfully raising the rent so drastically became illegal - but be very careful if you move here as they will likely maximally increase the rent every time there is a renewal. Good for short-term but do not recommend for long-term contracts

This is an amazing community to live in. The grounds are always well kept, the apartments are clean and inviting, and the people are wonderful. The community manager, Kyle, is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re experience in the community is a great one! Thanks Kyle for being so awesome!

We lived here for 2 years without any issues. Beautiful place to live if you are looking for a dog friendly location and peaceful area in Monterey. Convenient location to shopping and downtown entertainment. Few maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly. The Community Manager, Kyle is very friendly and responsive. Online portal is easy to navigate to pay rent and submit maintenance requests quickly. We couldn't be happier with our time living at Pacific Vista Apartments!

I’ve lived at Pacific Vista Apartments for the past 2 months and so far I’m loving my stay here.
The leasing manager Kyle, and his staff are very professional and nice. They’ve been a big help to me thus far.
The dog park here is usually always well maintained and it’s a great place for my dog to play and go to the bathroom. They provide doggy bags so that you are able to pick up after your dog. The area is also lit at night but bring your flashlight in the morning because the lights don’t seem to turn on before i go to work in the morning. Overall this apartment complex is very pet

I am a new tenant and so far I love this place. Very good location. Very clean and all staffs are very friendly and professional. Especially I highly appreciate the maintenance workers. Pete helped me with maintenance issues and he was very professional, came on time, and solved the all of the problems I had.

Veronica was very helpful while reviewing my renal application and checking for the approval over the phone. I was approved in a matter of few minutes. The complex is located very centrally to everything, close to Del Monte mall, restaurants and businesses. The apartment I moved in was very clean with new appliances and modern looking. Big plus, it had an extra storage outside in the covered parking area. The neighbors were super helpful and friendly. Ama even helped me to carry the furniture upstairs that is not easy to do as the stairs are narrow, and you have to make couple of turns before you
