1. Great Location - Close to shops, beach and other amenities.
2. Complex is maintained very well.
3. Customer Service is responsive, has positive attitude and pleasure to work with.

Very poor property management, good communication has been done wrong, very poor, the phone can not get through.

There were a few sudden water shutoff experiences, but overall the area felt safe and management was always very reasonable with me.

Manager is rude. We never get notice of water shut off. Not kids friendly. He yells down the hallway at 7:30 am saying that the water will be shut off in 45 minutes. Waking up everyone.
