So good luck moving or out out of this place. I own Poulos Moving Systems and have proudly operated in Monterey County for (2) decades. Today for the first time the apartment manager, Una, told my crew to move the truck to the street and double park or she will have our truck towed. This was due to the truck ‘blocking’ two spaces and the a handicap space. We parked here because it was the least impactful on the apartment’s traffic pattern and of course if someone needs us to move we would be glad to move the truck for a resident or disabled person at a moments notice. Been here a full year and have only positive things to say. Property management (Kyle and Veronica) is courteous and professional. They strive to make living here more of a community versus just another complex. Pete the maintenance person is great and responsive. Renewed my lease which is probably the best compliment I could give.

My family and I have been living here for a year. We have had minor little issues but pete and kyle were so quick to have our issues fixed. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love that they always do their best to have gatherings/party's for the tenants. The effort they go through to bring everyone together. We highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have never left a review for any company, but I am for this Monterey Townhouse since Kyle, the manager, helped me a lot with my current situation.
My roommate moved out all of sudden from the current home at Pacific Vista apartment (it is managed by the same property management as Monterey Townhouse) so I have been paying a lot to cover my roommate's portion. So, I asked Kyle if I could move to a 1-bed apartment of Monterey Townhouse. Although I was not supposed to break the lease, he kindly accepted my request. Not only that, he made me a lot of accommodations for me such as flexible move-in

Great place! My wife and I have lived here for the last year and a half, and we have a lot to love about this complex. Our unit was offered at a very affordable price compared to other apartments in this area, and this was one of the few places that allowed our dog (95 lb mastiff). Any maintenance issues are quickly taken care of, and the staff has been very active in making sure we're getting the most out of our stay. We would recommend this to a friend, and we have!

The Monterey Townhouse Apartments are in a great location, close to bus lines and shopping centers. It's an older apartment complex but the management has been updating units as tenants move out. In general, it's clean and quiet. The pool is always clean. What I like best is the current management. Kyle is very courteous and professional, which wasn't always the case previously. I'm glad Kyle is managing the apartments now and I hope he stays for a long time.

I've lived here for over two years now. I am very happy with the current management. My issues get resolved quickly and efficiently through the online portal.
I recently upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio and the process was simple and inexpensive. I am enjoying my brand new appliances, patio space and living room.
