After living at footprints for over 18 months,we found the apartment not fully cleaned,after they put new siding on the buildings ,there was numerous cracks visible from the inside ,from the nails,after we gave our notice about leaving,they inspected the property and said we should expect nearly our full deposit $700 back,however once we left the country ,the itemized account was sent out,and they claimed for professional cleaning,carpet cleaning,and repainting,totalling over 900 dollars ,this is a low down underhanded,ploy to keep everyone's deposit,shame on you,.We should not be subsidising the

I have truly loved living in Footprints on the Bay and will miss it now that I'm moving down south. The area is centrally located and is close to the main highway, restaurants, grocery stores, as well as the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and I always feel safe (even when I accidentally leave my door unlocked all night). The management at Footprints on the Bay is very responsive and maintenance is done in a very timely manner. The facilities and the grounds are well-maintained and always clean. I will miss this place!

I visited Footprints today and was greeted by Richard promptly with a warm welcoming smile and a hello! He toured me around the community and showed me a two bedroom that will be available but I am in need of a studio! It is great to be able to see a unit before selecting a home! The community is well maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. I would recommend this property as it is tucked away from everything but close at the same time.

This place was amazing. Went in for a tour because I am looking to move down to that area. Richard was the manager who toured me around...he was so informative and helpful. The units are spacious and well designed. The grounds are in pristine condition and overall it was just a very welcoming property. If I do decide to make my move to Monterey...I will definitely make Footprints on the Bay my home.

I have lived here for a little over a year and i Love it! The apartment has a great layout and the grounds are clean and very well kept. The location is quiet and a perfect distance from downtown Monterey, PG, and Seaside with easy access to the highway. The gym is small but has everything you need for a decent workout and a laundry facility on site if you do not have one of the units with a washer/dryer inside. The Management and Maintenance staff fantastic! Friendly and available when you need them and respond to trouble calls quickly usually within one to two days. It was a great decision to

I have been at Footprints on the Bay Apartment homes for over 3 years, I love this community. Every time I have a request on a work order I have had great service from the staff. All my work orders were done with professionalism and accomplished in a timely manner, sometimes I'm surprised and it gets finished earlier than expected. This property is gorgeous and I am impressed by the maintenance that goes into the up keep. Great changes have been made since I have lived here, by the staff Richard and John, they are why I continue to be a loyal resident. Thank you Liz M.

Currently living here in a single bedroom with my boyfriend and management has been nothing but kind and understanding. Anytime that there needs to be maintenance done on any unit they are there either the day of or the next day. The grounds are kept beautifully and the neighbors around us are awesome as well.
