No wonder that E60 fitness continues to rank as the number 1 fitness center in the Arlington area which is the fittest city in the county. The trainer, Joe, explained all the processes, equipments before and during the session, and corrected my postures during the workout which was very helpful. Joe made sure that we did enough stretches before and after the session which I think is very important when you work out. The front desk staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean and well kept. Highly recommended for those who are looking for an effective and pleasant fitness center.

I've worked with Jake, one of their personal trainers, for 2 years. He is AMAZING. Great workout & has gotten me in shape. The gym is clean & safe, the staff is professional, & the music is always on point. I highly recommend Jake & E60!

Amazing gym -- the team at E60 helped me stay fit and maintain my sanity during the pandemic and I'm definitely in the best shape I've been in a while. The trainers bring fantastic energy and motivational levels to the classes and the workouts are always amazing. The gym also did a great job communicating their COVID-19 protocols and response so I felt very comfortable working out in the gym. It was also an excellent opportunity to support a local small business instead of a large corporation!

Love this place! Challenging workouts with a ton of variety. The gym is clean and organized. The instructors are friendly, professional, and accommodating. They demo the exercises and give feedback as needed. They require everyone to wipe down equipment after every use. This is a HIIT workout alternating between cardio and strength training. There is more diversity in the strength training equipment than what I've seen at similar HIIT gyms (like Orange Theory). Pay attention to the schedule bc the focus rotates between upper, lower, and total body.

I went for the first time last week (booked through ClassPass) and oh my god I am hooked! I have been a loyal OTF member since 2012, but felt like sometimes it lacks more strength training. This workout is perfect to feel like you get a great mix of strength and a little cardio sprinkled in. I felt way safer here than my 1-month CrossFit stint (my back still hurts thinking about it). Also, the instructor Jake is hilarious. Great studio! Look forward to many more workouts here.

I am so excited to see my favorite Arlington gym opened a new Alexandria location! E60 provides the absolute best workout, staff members and environment for reaching your goals and living your healthiest life!

I've been so amazed by how above and beyond they go to keep the facility clean and safe at all times, especially during this last year.

E60 is a small business with a lot of love and dedication poured into their staff members, clients, equipment and overall operation. I absolutely love being a member here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is a little bit of a throwback but was so excited to try their new location in Alexandra, VA! Thank you @e60alexandria @therealdougfrantzen for having us for this awesome workout. We were definitely pleasantly surprised....we signed up thinking this would just be another workout similar to OTF but it was way better I loved how they incorporated weight-based training that targeted specific muscle groups to enhance strength, conditioning, and athleticism while enabling a higher metabolic rate! They do group classes, private sessions, and online training. They are great for beginners though for

E60 is the best! I joined originally for personal training, and liked it so much that both my husband and I have had an unlimited class membership for the past year. The group classes (60 minutes long) are a good mix of strength/cardio, leading to an effective, challenging, and fun workout. Another thing that makes this gym great is the ownership and staff. We have gotten to know many of the trainers, and each of them are motivating (even at 5:30AM) and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend E60!!!

Love, love, love this new discovery in Alexandria! If you're looking for something more versatile and more challenging than Orangetheory and like elements of CrossFit but not all of it, look no further. This is an hour-long exercise routine that combines elements from both of these famous disciplines to a perfection cocktail! I am now used to leaving my E60 classes feeling muscles I have never felt before. The studio owners are an awesome couple of humans and I can't recommend this fitness studio enough! I love this gym! I have been going to group fitness classes here for about three years. All of the instructors are wonderful, and they do an excellent job of explaining the exercises and giving everyone in the class individualized attention. I love the circuit style approach, with a well-balanced mix of strength and cardio. I appreciate that the instructors provide guidance as you move through the stations, rather than explaining all the stations in the beginning like some other circuit style gyms. I tried E60 using ClassPass and I was hooked after my first class! I am now an unlimited member and can’t wait to see how much stronger I become! All of the instructors are awesome and classes focus on different muscle groups each day, so you don’t overwork parts of your body in a given week. The cost is very reasonable compared to others in the area and they even provide free heart rate monitors. The gym is clean and very well kept. Only downside is that there is not free parking available anywhere nearby.

The BEST one-hour workout! I'm a big fan of one-hour fitness classes and E60 trainers are the BEST. This new Alexandria location is great with FREE parking!

Facilities - super clean!
Equipment - great! No signs of wear and tear at this gym ever!
Trainers - super nice and always checking your form or providing alternatives to avoid injuries.
Staff - very nice and helpful!

I've been a long time member of E60 Fitness Arlington and was so delighted to hear they were opening up another location in Alexandria just 10 minutes from my home! If you're reading this, this is very simple: E60 Fitness will provide you the hands-down best possible workout you can get. It's better than riding on an expensive Peloton bike, better than going for a run, and certainly better than giving it a go in your living room with a free YouTube video. I'm not in shape! I was super skeptical about this class and assumed I would be canceling after the one-week trial. I tried cross fit and even though they said it was for any fitness level and modifications were possible that did not turn out to be the case! The instructors were completely disinterested or unable to help anyone who wasn't already at the level to keep up.

My experience today at e60-Fitness with Iuliia was completely the opposite. She watched for when I was struggling or simply couldn't do something and quickly would come over to give me a modification and positive

I love E60 Fitness! They provide a safe and encouraging environment to meet my fitness goals. The class sizes are small enough to feel comfortable and get one-on-one attention from the trainer, and they offer gym times to work out with way less people around. Trainer Jaime is so knowledgeable and personable! I have gone to many boutique fitness gyms in the DMV and E60 is definitely one of the best! The workouts are always challenging and leave you feeling very accomplished. Additionally, the staff is engaging attentive and encouraging. I highly recommend E60!

E60 fitness is hands-down my favorite gym. The workouts are always new and engaging and the instructors care about not only getting you to sweat, but also making sure you are staying safe. I tore my meniscus a while back and my knee mobility isn’t what it used to be. All of my instructors were always happy to give me alternate exercises if I wasn’t able to complete one of the circuits. I specifically want to shout out Jake and Shilpa for being such wonderful and down-to-earth instructors, whether it be a 5:30am or a 5pm workout.
