After looking at several MMA gyms in the area, I decided to give Pentagon MMA a try. Their involvement in the community and kids programs are what appealed to me at first, because I was looking for a place that my 4 year old could attend, but it was everything else about this gym that convinced me to start training there as well. This place is awesome! The staff, instructors, and students are very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I have seen so much improvement with my son and his behavior after going here, and I have seen huge improvement in my training as well. I cannot say enough good

This gym is amazing! The staff is friendly, professional, and incredible at what they do. They’ve made me feel welcome since day one and really do their best to make sure you understand the technique & train hard. In just a few months I’ve learned so much and still feel physically challenged every time I walk in. I highly recommend pentagon MMA.

Pentagon MMA is the most wonderful place for fitness and developing martial arts training. Both my son and I started going here two years ago, and continue to train here as much as possible. We both love it. Grace is an absolute joy in assisting you with identifying what program works best for you and your family and the instructors (Nick, Teddy, Vivek and Katrina) are fantastic. If you're looking for a good martial arts gym to call home, this is your place.

Love this place. Joined maybe a month and half ago for Muay Thai. Tried a lot of different gyms around because at first it kinda seemed pricey. Took a trial class for two weeks..really really liked it. Tried other gyms with a cheaper rate and..let me tell you, pentagon MMA was wayyyyyyy better so I came in and registered without thinking anymore.

When my Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Lego Ninjago loving 4yo son told me he needed to begin his "ninja training," I was skeptical on how or if he'd transition from pretend play to student at a mixed martial arts school (neither my husband or I have martial arts experience). We are now several months into our membership and his love of marital arts has only grown. "Coach Nick says" is a household phrase and it's always followed by a positive message.
