Jennifer Hamilton founder of HT&F has lived and has been working in Northern Virginia area for more than 18 years. She started her career in Mass Communications Public relations where she has been a Marketing professional, director for a VA based company and Regional director for a NY based company in the Technology commercial and Government industry for 10 years.
HT&F's group programs are designed to offer you a safe, effective and fun workout combining cardiovascular & strength training and flexibility. Group exercise does not discriminate by age, gender or fitness level, the workouts are structured to push everyone at their own fitness level! The goal of each class is simply to bring together groups of people who are interested in getting in great fitness shape while having fun.
HT&F has great experience in working within corporate gyms in the Washington metropolitan area! Whether we are teaching corporate group classes, individual training or corporate running groups, we make sure to always include nutrition to all aspects of our fitness programs to give you ultimate success!
Some people need motivation, some people need education and some people just need a plan. For those that can be motivated by having a scripted plan created just for them, HT&F's online personal training is a great option. Knowing how to pair exercises and stagger body parts in combination with cardiovascular training can be intimidating.
