As the virus pandemic surges around our county online personal training or online virtual training is my current platform to help clients. I now offer OPT or VPT through the Trainerize software. This Software allows me to build customized programs and workouts dedicated to your fitness goals. I also helps create nutritional guides such as suggested macronutrients for you to follow that can keep you on track and closer to achieving your goals.
What does fitness mean to you today? When I think of fitness it's forever growing and changing. At First Priority Fitness I work with you to properly and safely attain your fitness goals no matter what they are. From weight loss to rehabilitation or whatever your goals may be. In high school, I was working at the supplement giant store GNC. I was an employee at GNC for 3 years where i got to learn about protein powders, amino acids, creatine and anything else you can stuff in your body at that time. I started trying supplements myself and learned how it can help me gain or lose weight.

I am in my late 60's and very overweight. When I was searching for a personal trainer I did not expect anyone to jump at the chance to help. Soup responded immediately and was confident he could support me in my efforts to improve my overall fitness.

I started working with Soup in 2015. It soon became clear that Soup was just as committed as me to helping me achieve my goals. I trained with him on a solid basis 5 days a week for over two years. Soup was an awesome person to train with! If I hadn't moved away from the area, I would still being going to him. I would hit him up at random times for help with deciding appropriate food options. And he was extremely flexible with my rotating work schedule. Once I moved, I tried other trainers, but it just wasn't the same.

Soup was more than a trainer, he became a teacher and a friend. He created a training program that helped me get back into race-fitness mode, and gave me a nutrition plan that kept me honest and on track to reach my goals. He was always available to answer any questions I had. Soup introduced me to power lifting, and I'm still at it, and loving it. I highly recommend him to help you reach your fitness goals!

I was randomly matched with Soup way back when he worked at XSport and followed him when he left. He's the real deal - your work with him doesn't begin and end at the gym, but rather, he keeps you accountable throughout your day and week, from meal planning to rest days. Soup is the personification of the idea that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a thing that you do in the gym a few times a week.

I worked out with Soup for a few months and then moved elsewhere and I wish that there was a Soup here! He is hands down on of the best trainers that I have worked with. As a former collegiate athlete, I have had a lot of trainers in my life and I can say that Soup has been the best. He not only managed what workouts that I would do, he managed my eating habits and how to get me back on track. He is very motivating and fun! He really cares about you personally and if anything is affecting you, he is the first one to ask. He focuses on what you want to change about your body and makes it a priority

Soup is an incredible trainer. I am NOT a morning person, but he made me excited to get out of bed at 5:30 AM and go train with him. Soup is easily the most motivating person I've ever worked with.
He catered my workouts to my specific needs and goals, and pushed me to go harder everyday. He is also very creative and keeps the workouts different every time so it doesn't get boring. For example, I told him one day that I randomly had boxing wraps in my car, and then the next time we trained we boxed! I really appreciate that he likes to switch it up in the gym and keep it fun -- no two workouts

Soup was such a joy to work out with!!! I looked forward to our workouts at the end of the day. He made the experience fun, and encouraged me and educated me throughout the process. He cares about his clients and takes the time to get to know them individually. One of the things I appreciated the most about working out with Soup was his focus on safety right at the beginning and testing my skills levels and flexibility instead of just throwing me into a workout routine. For me that was important b/c I was new to working out and with a less experienced or more "results-driven" trainer

I give my highest recommendation to Soup as a trainer. He is truly full-service. Beyond our scheduled sessions, he checks in constantly on my exercise, nutrition, motivation. He goes above and beyond to help me find solutions to my fitness challenges. For example, knowing that eating a healthy lunch is a challenge for me, he researched and recommended affordable local food-prep services. He gives real-time advice when you need it, such as when you sit down at a restaurant -- he's available to help you make good choices from the menu. Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I signed up on Yelp just to do this review. Soup is an awesome trainer! I started working out with him at Xsports and followed him when he left there. I have been working out with him for about 4 years now and somehow he manages to keep things fun and keep me motivated....which is not easy considering I may be the laziest person on earth. Soup even got me to do Tough Mudder as part of a team he assembled last year, I was 47 at the time, and never in a million years would have thought I could finish...but I did! If you want to lose weight, get in shape, have fun and make new friends then Soup

Soupar is a great trainer and motivator. He helped me come up with a workout plan and schedule that worked for me, as well as a new eating pattern. It's close to impossible to keep me motivated but he constantly checks in on me to make sure I'm not falling off track. He's great to work with, keeps you pumped with great tunes, and actually makes working out FUN.

Soup has been great trainer in helping with my road to recovery. I herniated a disc in my lower spine from a martial arts injury and he has helped to rehabilitate it and strengthen the muscles around it. After a few months of working with him, I am able to workout on a normal bases again. With any goals you wish to reach, I recommend going to him to get on the right track.

I've been working with Soup for almost 3 years. I've lost almost 60 pounds and have bulked up with muscle. Never thought at 51 years old I would have muscles. Soup not only believed in me but encouraged me all the way. He kept the workouts new and challenging to hold my interest and changed routines periodically as my body changed. He was also very helpful with nutritional advice and keeping me on track with my diet. I'm glad soup is my trainer and my friend. I would recommend him any day no matter what your fitness needs may be!
