I have lived in the Reserve at Summit Crossing for over a year now. Love my apartment backing up to the creek! Very relaxing when sitting on my balcony. Quiet community with great amenities! Definitely the best decision I made when I chose to live here. Would highly recommend to my friends and family!

This is my first time living on my own and I feel very safe and comfortable here. The apartment size and layout is perfect for me and my 2 dogs who also love living here. The pool and gym are very nice as well as the staff. I've only had 2 little maintenance issue and they were taken care of very quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Probably the best leasing staff I have ever seen. Particularly Connie Ledford, she goes out of her way to find the best apartment for you without any pressure and personally she is so friendly. I got a prompt response from Connie on inquiry on my mails even after vacating the apartment. Apart from that the location is unbeatable. The property is bucolic without sacrificing the convenience of nearby shopping. If you love nature, but don’t want to live in the literal country, reserve at Summit is a great spot! Thanks, Connie. You’re the best!!!!

The apartment complex is beautiful and clean, however the way they are put together it’s not convenient for most people. I’ve been here for almost 6 months and haven’t been able to rest because of neighbors. Our bedrooms are back to back and they start going out on the balcony from 4am until 6am opening and closing the door 20 times every morning. NOT OK! I’ve brought it to the managers attention a couple of months ago but it still continues. Very disappointing.
