Unfortunately, I cannot give more than one star. We live here and staff changes so often and the mail/luxer system is not good. VERY frustrated with the number of things that get lost that I'm told were delivered. I'm told one thing and have seen it to not be the case as far as office not accepting packages. They do and have, so maybe the staff there now will be better, but we're going on our third year here and can't keep up with who is actually running the place.

Searching for an apartment can be challenging, especially starting from out of state. Tavares was able to give us a FaceTime tour, and answered so many questions for many weeks before we finally signed the contract. It ended up being a great place to live during our transition. The apartment was spacious for a 2 bedroom. There was plenty of cabinet and closet space, and it was well maintained. The management at One white oak was responsive to any needs we had, and they were all so kind. I also love their maintenance men who were always around if you needed them. The complex started up breakfast

The apartment complex is hidden from the main road which is very nice. It’s also a small community which is nice in my opinion. The people in community are very nice and most will always greet you and hold a conversation and the kids are always playing outside. The best part of the community are the maintenance workers. We have two wonderful people who are super nice and do their job right and in a timely manner.

My husband and I moved here two weeks ago. We had a few minor issues typical of new residents moving into an apartment however Tarvares in the office handled them all immediately. We were so touched by the kindness he showed from the moment we toured the apartment until the day we moved in and beyond. He truly cares for the residents. We moved from a community in Suwanee and did not feel as cared for in the four years there as we are here the past two weeks.
We love our apartment. We are in a two bedroom with lots of closets. The storage unit on the balcony is amazing as well. The community

One White Oak Apartments is the best place to move in Forsyth County hands down. I have been presented with respect and professionalism since day one. The pool area is a splash of classiness, common areas are thoroughly maintained and the entirety of the complex is perfect for families. The staff performs at 100% capacity, strives to keep everything up to date while maintaining a strong relationship with there tenants. Yes, One White Oak Apartments is in the retail business, but what they thrive at is how they treat there community with personal customer service. I strongly stand by a 5 star rating

I have lived at One White Oak Apartments since they opened, and I have always enjoyed living here. I have a ground floor apartment which is brick and very solidly built. My power bills are always low, even in the Summer. They are nice with roomy kitchens and large bathrooms. Plus, they are close to everything but set back off the highway, so they are also quiet.

Very rude people , unprofessional people in the office ! I've been here for a month and I already regret living here ! First they show you something else and they put you in something else completely different than what you had imagine , then God for bed if you have any situation or problem with your building then your in a deep hole cause no one in the office will help you or even respond to you ! God help us here with this messed up stuff in the office !!!!!!

This is one of the most unprofessional management teams at this property I have ever had to deal with. We moved out in October, we're told our apartment was good to go, and deposit check was in route back to us and would be received by end of November. Come January we STILL have no deposit check. We call the complex talk to someone who says they have no idea what's going on and will have someone else call me. Nobody calls. Next day i call again. Nobody answer. I contact RK properties directly who then transfers me to the regional manager. He says he will figure out the confusion and get

Beautiful complex, friendly staff, great layouts, and reasonable price. I love living here! I'm in a one bedroom and don't feel cramped at all, there is a ton of room suprisingly.
The kitchen is AMAZING, the bathroom is HUGE, and the porch with a view is great. The pool area is fantastic as well. Everything is brand new, the gaages are spaxious, it's a nice quite community and everyone is very friendly. Pet friendly, NON SMOKING in the entire complex (even outside), easy entrances with individual key fobs to everything.
