I just moved back to Florida. I miss this place already. Everyone is so friendly, the staff is great, and the location is wonderful...close to shopping and restaurants. I had the best view off my deck of Sawnee Mountain. The grounds are kept clean and I loved the beauty of the trees and the hills. I really had the best experience living there. I met so many wonderful neighbors. This is truly a safe and quiet community.

Current resident and very disappointed in upkeep of grounds and quality of buildings. I cannot walk out my front door or take my dog out for a stroll without coming across garbage and litter. Some of the fault falls upon the residents, but I have recently come across zip-ties and miscellaneous landscaping packaging. Landscapers blow grass clippings into stairwells and building interior corners as well as track mud on concrete without concern. It has been brought to the attention of management, and after a day of relief it seems to only fall back to old ways.

A few months ago I went to take a quick tour of the 1 bed apartment after I got off work. I called a few times to see if I can still view the apartment before they close but nobody answered the phone. I decided to hurry over after work and I arrived 20 minutes before closing time. When I arrived I asked if it’s too late to view the 1 bedroom. The lady got mad and was very rude to me. Her response was “we are closing, how would you like it if I came in when you are trying to close”. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes while huffing and puffing she went and grabbed the keys to show me the apartment

I have lived here for almost 9 months. The grounds are kept very clean and the flowers and trees are so pretty. The office staff have been very helpful and prompt when i had an issue with a resident. The pool and gym are always clean. My dog enjoys the dog park and the car wash is a perk few places have but we have one here. The property manager recently put in picnic tables nice chairs and grills through out the property. I see residents enjoying corn hole near the pool area very often. I enjoy living here and appreciate the office staff and owners for making this a beautiful place to call home

Giving 5 stars based off a tour of the complex, me and my fiancé are relocating to the Atlanta Metro area due to school and work. We happened to eat dinner with family just down the road when we decided to go swing by and check out this new development. Initially pulled in and was amazed at how spread out the complex was, and how quant/quite it appeared. Drove up to the leasing off 15 minutes to closing just wanting general information about leasing and the complex itself and was pleasantly greeted by a warm face who escorted us around the property, explained the application process, explained

I found out the house I was renting was going under contract and so I had very little time to move. I had been eyeing this place on my daily drive into work and so I decided to go into the leasing office and see what they had to offer. I felt at home as soon as I stepped through the office door. Darian was amazing and helped me find the apartment I liked best. Erik was quick to make sure my place was up and running perfect—to ensure there were no problems. Since my move-in on Monday, everybody has been so nice and welcoming. I adore my neighbors so far. I have only been here for a few days but
