Fantastic service. The process is smooth and they are very accomodating. The apartments are amazing, well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The apartment communities are very safe for families and they have lots of activities too. The response time is super quick. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ERIN WHITE for her help and support at all times. I have been using their services for the past 8 years in Atlanta and they have maintained their super efficient service every time. Thank you Erin and AR Corporate.

The only good thing about AR was working with Erin or Adrienne. Other than that they are awful. Gave away the original apartment they promised so I had to move 2 weeks in and they made me pay a cleaning fee to do so. Moved me to an apartment with tape on the floor instead of hardwood, a broken dishwasher and refrigerator, walls that were destroyed and furniture from the 1980s. There is a charge for everything. One month I was there for two days and received a utilities overage bill! When you try and question it they say they don't have the ability to break it out for you. Avoid if possible.

I am so thankful I called the AR Corporations. They truly try to meet your needs. My daughter was needing treatment 5 days a week for 3 weeks and we don't live close to Alpharetta. Erin showed us an apartment called The Venue at Bear Creek. It was quiet, clean, and we felt safe. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. I am thankful they were able to do short term leasing. This apartment was a blessing for us. They were able to take a lot of stress off us, so we could just focus on our daughter. Mike and Erin thank you for working with us. The Venue is located close to shopping

Our experience with AR Corporate Accomodations has been excellent! Not only did we get super convenient and modern accomodations but the team was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check in and out was super efficient. Big shout out to Katie Mendez for all of her help. Made our transition to Georgia very smooth so we could worry about finding a home!

AR Corporate were perfect in the beginning. They will answer all your questions and their apartment was mostly clean (some dirty dishes in the cabinets). Some of the furniture was falling apart. (legs on chairs were dangerously loose) The reason for my 2 stars is because their business practices are a little shady. I strongly recommend you do all your business with them through email and keep all emails. They answered questions one way over the phone but the fine print says something else.
So I travel with dogs they told me the pet deposit was non-refundable because it was for cleaning the apartment

My experience with AR has been great. The selection of my place and move in was easy, fast, and professional. Erin’s responsiveness to any issues is prompt and efficient. My experience has been great. This is my first time staying outside of a hotel for months in a new city, first time doing a short term rental and I am grateful that it has been smooth and easy.

We moved to Atlanta from North Carolina with no idea where we were going to live. THE DAY we were packing our moving truck, we searched extended stay hotels on google and happened to come across AR National.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! They got us into a unit immediately!!! We had some different things come up here and there throughout our stay, and they continued to accommodate us SO WELL!!
Erin White was particularly helpful throughout our entire stay. We would highly recommend using this company if you need short term housing. It was the perfect transition for us moving

This place is a scam and fraudulent. They took my $300.00 dollar deposit and lied to me about details required to move in to a unit. When i refused to give them my personal banking information 5 days prior to move in the accounts receivable manager became really nasty and charged me $500.00 dollars more than I was invoiced and told me I had to pay for a unit 5 days prior to move in. I would not trust this company. Their website is sketchy just like their business practices. Stay away and save your money.
