I’ve been living here for years and for the most part everything has been excellent. Any time I’ve had to deal with staff they’ve been pleasant and accommodating, I always find parking only mentioning that as I saw it was a complaint. Sometimes the gates have been broken but they simply leave them open during those times. They had complaints about the community center/laundry and they actually remodeled it and got new machines put in. Overall I’ve enjoyed my time at Summit Crossing a lot and that’s why I’ve chosen to continue living with them for years.

Recently my company sent me a package and when I realized they sent the pkg to my previous address here at Summit Crossing Apartments I called the office explained to Mark the situation. He called the current tenants and they had my pkg!! So awesome Mark took the time to call current residents and they gave him my pkg. I drove 3 hours to get it. Thank you Mark for your help I appreciate this.

The apartments themselves are fine. Typical wear and tear. Maintenance staff has always been very courteous and as helpful as management allows them to be. Way overpriced for what you get, though. Management will eventually respond to requests/complaints, though won't actually take action to remedy anything. We've had noisy upstairs neighbors for 9 months. We've put in multiple requests for action, and have only been met with "that's just apartment living". No - that's just lazy, uncaring management. Recently a survey came down, and my wife and I responded. The property manager copied and pasted

Not a place I would recommend if you have kids, pets, or if your caccussian. Harassing emails about children playing outside during the summer, threatening emails regarding proper way of disposing of trash.
If summit crossing management cared more for their community they would ensure the "grounds" are well maintain. They would care regarding missing parcels and the shady package. If you ever need a service call ensure the maintenance person is competent at their job. And it'd always funny when you need call the office the person you are asking for is conventiely out of the office for a week or

The maintenance crew is incredible! Quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. They also keep the grounds clean which is appreciated when you have visitors. The front office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The only complaint I have is my one neighbor who will complain if they hear any noise after 10 pm. And I do mean any noise, including normal household noises. However, the front office handled it professionally with her.
