River Annex is a wonderful place for grad students. Location is perfect, you are still within minutes to all grocery stores and uptown Athens, but you do not have to deal with all of the loud parties you would encounter is you lived on campus or close to campus. Apartments are very spacious and the staff are very friendly and will help accommodate you as much as they can.

Good experience the last few months, have not had any major problems and neighbors are pretty friendly. I don't have a pet but do see others walking their dogs and even cats around the property. Free coffee in the office is a perk and I like not having to get quarters for the laundry machines. Sometimes one of the washers is out of order but usually fixed within a couple of days after I report it.

I like the open floor plan and extra closet space. Have not had to put in a maintenance request yet so cannot attest to the response. One thing that I wish they would do is put a shelter over the picnic area and get more tables, not enough room for more then 4 or 5 people at a time. Neighbors are respectful.

We just moved in and I absolutely love this place. All of our work orders were taken care of right away, CJ did a great job. Angie is one of the nicest humans in the world and answered all my calls and questions before we moved all the way from Pittsburgh. Living here has been a wonderful experience so far, and I'm sure it will continue.

This is my first apartment and it has been a pleasant experience so far (been here 4 months). Staff are friendly and helpful, neighbors are nice and the apartments are spacious and taken care of. I was nervous about living alone in a new town but have had no problems and it is so close to town that I am spending less money on gas which is always a plus!
