BEWARE! Terrible Management Company + Landlord! Lived in Gene's property on 52nd St. for 2 years. Front door to the building was broken the whole time I lived there, even after requests from many tenants. Maintenance guy who lived in the basement would serve people right in front of the building, and has fiends banging on his door late at night. They put up a fuss, then take forever to fix anything in your apartment, if they ever do! During the pandemic when many tenants lost their jobs, the landlord demanded to be paid and started evicting people. On top of all that, we had endless pest problems
