I've only been at Oliver House for a few but started the process of moving in back in March 2021 and the experience from then until now has been great. I love the Apartment and all the amenities have met some great Tenants who have warmly welcomed me and my wife. But most of all I'd like to think Carol the property manager for being so gracious and kind. She truly does a great job and from day one has shown her willingness to make sure we're accommodated in every aspect of our needs being met as new Tenants. Thanks Carol for being for being there for us it's greatly appreciated.

Our new property manager Carol is truly doing an excellent job! She is extremely attentive ,kind and always provides professional customer service to the needs of all our residents! Carol has only been working here at the Oliver House for a little bit over 90 days and you can see many positive improvements! I am very happy to live here at the Oliver House! Price is right from the amount of space and location is perfect!

Our new residency at the Oliver House has been GREAT! It has been a month so far and the service has been wonderful. The Property Manager Debra Elsamny has went above and beyond to ensure that we become content, satisfied, residents at the Oliver House. I truly love her quote..."life is too short for people not to be happy". The professionalism at the Oliver House is impeccable and I applaud K & D Management. Keep up the good great work and please continue to make this place a happy, quiet, and safe living environment.

After 40 yrs I decided to sell my home. Having never lived in an apartment and not knowing what to expect, I placed a call to Oliver House for an appointment. I was greeted by Ms. Madeline and Ms. Deborah. These two ladies were so courteous and wonderful that I immediately made an application. Management couldn't have chosen a better dynamic duo to represent K&D. I was disappointed to hear Ms. Madeline was at another location when I moved in.

Deborah is perhaps the kindest soul there is. She has gone so far above and beyond to make sure everything was set for my apartment when it was time for my kids to stay with me. She is always helpful, and on top of everything. The apartments are very nice, and the decor throughout is stylish and elegant.

From the time we walked in the beautifully decorated lobby, then leasing office, Ms. Melinda and Ms. Deborah were cheerful, attentive and welcoming. We did not have an appointment, but she treated us like we did. Ms. Melinda gave us a fabulous tour! The building was clean on every floor. She even showed us the stairwells and parking garage.
Both women went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I expected to accommodate us and what we needed. We laughed out loud and when it was time to handle business... business was handled. I loved i! They even called after we left to make sure we got what we needed
