Pot smoke is absolutely horrible every evening and weekend-I have asthma and have to cover my mouth and nose as I walk through the halls. We rented with the lease promising a smoke free building. I need to move out and am researching lawyers so the company recognizes its responsibility to pay my move out expenses. The management is nice but they know my neighbors smoke pot and have not evicted them. The Vue can expect to hear from my lawyer soon.

I would highly NOT recommend moving to this place! I have lived here for a couple years and i am glad to say PRAISE GOD that i am leaving. Yes, the building is nice BUT there are a tremendous amount of water issues, and the water issues happen at LEAST weekly. weather there be only cold water or NO WATER, it happens wayyy to often. I believe that all residents should write reviews on this issue. They expect us to pay rent monthly but every time that us residents look up, there is a huge water issue. My children and I are currently unable to shower due to NO WATER. i am using my water bottles that

Constantly at a lost for hot water!!!! For Memorial Day weekend the majority of the building only had freezing ice cold water this lasted for about 4 days. This building inconveniences its residents at least once a month… I’m not one to complain so I stuck it out!!! On top of that the garage barely works and once it’s up a person usually flies on right behind you which is usually Someone who doesn’t pay for parking which as a woman coming in after day doesn’t make me feel safe… The back door is never closed which allows for anyone to have access walking into the garage and anyone can
