Beachwood Apartments by Albion is such a great place to move into. We moved at the end of Aug.2021 & the management is very delightful & works w any issues we may have. So pleasant. Very clean, & quiet community, even w multiple families. Pet friendly. Love the outdoor gorgeous pool! Plenty of amenities, work out room, club / game rec room & spacious underground heated garage. Love it already & our friends have been here over two yrs, so we will be staying too!

I moved in a week ago. Smooth leasing process and in the pre-lease, move in and first week the team has been very responsive. This the ONLY complex that responded to my pre-lease inquiries with a personal email instead of a boilerplate templated email. The personal gums touch made a huge difference for me.

Toured the community over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed from the start. The office staff was very communicative, friendly, and helpful with all the questions I had. The amenities and spaciousness of the apartments exceeded expectations, and for the price, you get a lot of space for your money

The amenities like the pool and the gym are great. Perfect location and the maintenance workers are very nice. However, trash is everywhere, parking is very limited. We have had ants a couple of times. An expert told us why we were getting them and it was because of the type of landscaping management put in. Management ignored the reasoning so ants keep coming. It’s a back and forth battle which shouldn’t be the case. All in all I would recommend since you cannot beat the price/ location. Just be prepared to fight for anything you want fixed.

The location and amenities are great. maintenance is very responsive if they are up to date on their work orders, and the renovations look great, though they weren't very well done. We have had ants crawling through our electrical outlets, the flooring is coming apart, and the mirror in the bathroom completely fell out of the wall. Parking is an issue and the outside of the apartment is not very well kept. There is garbage and shattered glass everywhere. The maintenance workers are very nice, but the main office is very difficult to get ahold of.

We love Beachwood Apartments by Albion! Our family has been a resident here for 4 months. The manager Maggie, Jourdan, Kate and maintenance team are friendly and helpful! The apartment and it's surrounding are pet- friendly and maintained at a high standard! With COVID19, the staffs make sure the facilities are sanitized and cleaned so the residents can be safe and healthy!

We've been living here about two months and it's been a nice experience! The pool area and grills are a nice amenity when the weather is warm. Overall the updates in the apartment are nice, minus the coil stove top, would love for that to be updated to glass top or a gas stove. Maintenance and front desk is fairly responsive and professional!

I am very glad we decided to move to these apartments. The apartments are very nice as well as the gym and common area! Kate and Jourdan have been very nice and helpful since we moved in. We had a few issues when we first moved in and they were resolved rapidly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place!

I have been living at Beachwood Apartments by Albion for almost 3 months now. I would say it is a good value for the price, especially compared to many of the apartments where my friends live. My apartment is spacious and overlooks the pool. The pool itself is nice, but the gym is the part I really like. It has a good variety of equipment. My biggest complaints are that I don't have a garbage disposal in the kitchen and it is difficult to get maintenance to fix things (they have previously closed out my requests as "completed" without doing the work). However, I am super grateful

I just recently moved in and have lived in several apartments before and these are by far the best! My move in experience was seamless. The staff is super welcoming and helpful every step of the way. These apartments are the best valued in Beachwood. I looked at several other apartments in the area and they were all more expensive and the apartments had little to no storage. Beachwood offers tons of closet space in the apartment and your own free storage locker! I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking to move to Beachwood!

The apartments have been renovated with in unit washer & dryers ( huge plus) hardwood flooring throughout, new granite countertops, this list could go on! My favorite part is the size of my apartment. You will not find another community in this neighborhood with the sq. ft Beachwood Apartments has to offer, especially for the price.

We moved out of our apartment and it took them over 2 months to return our security deposit on top of the utility overcharges they owed us. After almost 10 phone call conversations with office management saying they would "look into it and get back" to us we almost resorted to legal action. During this time we got at least 2 more supposed "unpaid bills" that we were responsible for even after we moved out. According to ohio law any delay of more than 30 days of returning the security deposit gives us a right to earn interest on it.

After I contacted the Better Business Bureau over the money that was owed to me, I received a response that stated that she (I'm assuming Maggie Mayo) would "try" to have the refund to me within the next 2 weeks and include an additional $100 credit to attempt to rectify the miscommunication.
But please don't take my word for it; you can look it up on the Better Business Bureau's web site yourself. Just search for "Deville Apartments," this complex's previous name. That's what it's under as of the writing of this review update. If that turns up

Impressive! From what the community was and now what it's becoming, just stunning! Beautiful finishes throughout each apartment and gorgeous community rooms for the residents. You can tell management truly cares about their residents! Highly recommend this community for your next place to call home!!

I'm a new tenant here and the move in process was not great at all...I had to reach out to them daily because they failed at keeping in touch with me pertaining to me moving in...my lease was up in my old location and all I wanted them to do was touch bases with me but that was a epic fail....I also received a bill for water and sewer which was fine with me until I noticed I received a bill for lights and gas...I thought to myself that's odd because I pay my own lights and gas within my unit so why am I being double charged...come to find out all new tenants have to pay COMMON lights

This residential complex was managed by Morgan LCC and was taken over by Village Green few months ago. Me and my wife were living in Deville apartments within last 2 years under Morgan LCC. When Village Green took over the management, we received a notification stating that they wanted to renovate the apartments, and gave us 3 options,
1) Moving out permanently
2) Moving to another "renovated" apartment within the building
3) Moving to a temporary location and moving back after the apartment is renewed (as this includes moving hassle 2 times- this was option was unacceptable)
