The Aster

We live in a luxury hotel. Ok, not really, but sometimes it feels that way. The amenities are amazing: an outdoor pool, Starbucks coffee station, dog park and dog walking station, game area and this list goes on. We have been here 18 months and have had very few issues. Much happier here than living in a house. We’ve met some great people and look forward to the next several years living here.

Fantastic apartment and glad to be here. Moved from out of state only knowing where my job was and this was the apartment that stood out to me. Great service, good location and great amenities.

I’ve lived here for six months and have already made some great friends. I’ve loved hanging out at the pool on the weekends. The staff has been outstanding!

I have enjoyed living here. The location is great because it’s close to shopping and great restaurants. The maintenance is always very responsive and timely. Great workout facility with Peleton bikes. Pool is an added bonus with a wonderful area to have cookouts and people over.

Though I’ve been living at The Aster for two months, I already feel it’s a great, quite enjoyable place to reside.
The common areas, parking garage and the facilities makes it a great place.
Very close to many restaurants, stores, supermarkets etc.
I highly recommend The Aster!.

Nice place, but only consider moving here if you’ll be a nice neighbor to the rest of us!

Let me start by saying that the view from our apartment balcony seems like a lovely metaphor for apartment life. We lived in a house for close to 40 years. But as empty nesters we decided to downsize. Our beautiful modern apartment has given us so much joy! We love the high-end appliances. Laundry is a breeze (no more lugging baskets down two flights of stairs to the basement). There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and marble vanities in the bathroom. The floors are elegant luxury vinyl in kitchen and living room, and beautiful easy-care (heated!) tile in the bathroom. Big windows let in

I work with The Aster and I have to say that they are one of the best companies I have worked with yet! They are very understanding , Communication is NEVER a problem, Jessica always gets back to me immediately. The Aster has expressed to us how much they appreciate and value their tenants. They care deeply about the property and take EXTREMELY good care of the whole property! The interior is always clean and sparkling and the outside is always well maintained as well. The Aster is VERY active and driven to improve (even though they are already amazing!) I have yet to have a negative experience
