As far as the quality of your actual apt. unit and the amenities, I like the quality of the place. Yet, there are way too many issues as well. Biggest one being, the security of packages in mail. I've been here 7 months and have had 3 packages stolen as recently as week. There are cameras all in the corridor but for some reason no one is ever accountable for things going missing. Even weirder, everytime something of mine goes missing, the entire mail is empty, so I don't know whether the complex itself did it or someone just ransacked it. When trying to contact the leasing office via the phone

I am very impressed by the amenities that they offer especially their fitness center. I've been to apartments where they only have one or two working pieces of equipment and call it a fitness center. The Vantage actually have a full functioning gym. No need to purchase a gym membership. Terramika, was also great and have a welcoming personality. I'll be sure to tell others to come and check them out!

Honestly had a very bad experience renting here, couldn’t wait to move out! The office is impossible to reach over the phone, kept going back to correct the lease because they just couldn’t get it right, on move in day the key didn’t work and e needed to wait to the following weekend to move in (were still charged for this week), maintenance issues (AC broke down in August for 3 weeks, it was a sauna) and so much more. But what made me write this review was when I needed help with something important after I had moved out, Michele in the office was so rude and disrespectful and aggressive

The outside of the building looks decent.. When you walk into the hallway at the front door and try and call someone to let you in the machines there do not work. You have to physically call the person on the phone, And have them come down and get you. This day the elevators weren't as bad even though the floors look like they've been gouged out somewhat messed up the other day they were filthy with trash and carpeting in just everything.. The lobby used to have beautiful furniture in it but it's now totally scaled down. Walking through the halls They haven't replaced lights that have gone out

Have you ever wanted to pay Luxury Price and get atrocious amenities and service? Then the Vantage Apartments are for you.
Service requests take weeks, management and resident relations are completely unresponsive, the apartment is filthy. For example, the incinerator and trash compactor for building 3 is in the garage and you get to enjoy all the flies and overflow of trash that comes with it. I have been here for 10 months and I CANNOT wait to leave. I told management that I would not be renewing my lease after 3 months of living there. That is how bad it is.
This place is not worth the money

The Vantage apartments in Beachwood has made huge improvements over the last few months. These improvements can be fully credited to Brandon Luck the Community Manager and Luke Cundiff the Service Manager.
These two professionals have taken it upon themselves to make the Vantage apartments the premier place to live in Beachwood.
They don’t wait for things to go wrong and have a preventive maintenance approach to everything.
New furnaces are going into every unit. A new security team keeps this gated community a peaceful place to live. We have an incredible restaurant on the grounds as well

I DO NOT recommend these apartments. When we first moved in, it was great and that QUICKLY changed. The halls are disgusting, always trash. Doors are propped open all the time, I close doors ALL THE TIME. Sometimes people will break the handles to keep the door open. The gates are always open or broken, or both. So with open gates and propped doors there is NO SENSE of security. When you're paying this much in rent, should security be an issue? Also now recently, we've had somebody's child DAMAGING our property, throwing eggs at our cars, dropping random toys/trash on our balcony

Today is my last day at The Vantage and it is bittersweet. Happy for new horizons but sad to leave such an awesome apartment. This building has lovely accommodations. The staff here is amazing and the property is well kept. The location is key, the complex is close to everything that one would need. I am going to miss this place. All the best to the other residents and staff.

My boyfriend and I just moved in and our apartment is everything and more than we could have imagined! We are so happy here and it feels like home. The amenities are unmatched. Dexter and Chrystal were very responsive to all questions we had and they were both so wonderful during the stress of finding an apartment. We are happy to call this our new home!

The Vantage, formerly the Hamptons continue to market the facility as a Luxury Community. Gold Aller purchased the Hamptons in May of 2019 from Millennium. At the time of purchase most of the apartments had been completely redone with fresh and fantastic finishes, paint, carpeting and ceramic tile floors.
However.....it became clear that Millennium had a game plan to sell the place and as such the common areas became neglected, run down and thread bare. So called "Security" for this community disappeared. And the demographic for the average renters began to change as Millennium
