We are an exceptional doctor's office in that we generally run on or close to schedule. We ask that you arrive on time so we can maintain this commitment to keeping on schedule for all our patients. We require 48-hours' notice for a cancellation so that we may offer the appointment to another patient.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Krochak at NYC Smile Spa concerning Invisalign where he explained Invisalign and the process involved. I decided to proceed with getting Invisalign, and had my teeth scans completed for proper fitting so as to accomplish my goals. Today I went back to get my first Invisalign aligners and received further instruction on how to use them.The whole process was extremely easy, with Dr K and his assistants being extremely helpful and informative. I have been a patient of Dr. Krochak's for ten years, and I never ceased to be amazed at his skill and knowledge of the latest techniques. Dr. Krochak and his team were beyond professional, kind, and caring during my visit. I had somewhat of a dental emergency and they saw me right away, which was very much appreciated because I chipped my front tooth pretty much in half. The staff was pleasant from beginning to end and asked me about my anxiety levels around needles and drilling, which was conveyed to Dr. Krochak. He was great about all of it, no pain!

I have been terrified of dentists for as long as I can remember. After extensive research, I stumbled upon the NYC Smile Spa and figured I'd give them a try. I was greeted with such welcoming smiles and friendly faces. Roger talked me through everything and made sure I felt calm and comfortable. When Dr. Perlman came in to see me, he was so warm and instantly made me feel safe. He accommodated to my dental phobia and even examined me without tools to start. For the first time ever, I left a dental office with the biggest smile on my face! I couldn't recommend this spot more! Highly recommend!

Dr. Krochak has transformed my mouth. My regular dentist says it's one of the most impressive transformations she has ever seen. I had many issues when I first went to him. I had two crooked teeth at the front, I had an impressive over bite and I had many extra adult teeth which had caused extra decay over the years. NYC smile spa seriously had their work cut out. Temperature Checks, Mandatory Handwashing, seats reconfigured in the lobby, I felt safe and happy at my visit I found the level of conscious fortitude much better then a recent visit to the hospital.
The entire staff was especially welcoming as usual and Martha made my teeth sparkle and Phobic Dentist Michael Krochak continues to carefully give my teeth The VIP Spa Treatment, including massage chair and a comfy pillow.

I've been going to NYC Smile Spa for a few years now and I can honestly say that they're my favorite dental office. Now I must say that I'm among the few who loves to go to the dentist. Reason being that it's the one doctors office you go to where your issue is remedied right then and there (for the most part). Given this love affair with dental offices, I have been to many and know the difference between the bad and the good.

I have been seeing Dr. K for the past 8 years and he must be doing something right, because I've had perfect results every visit. His staff knows me by name and they always welcome me with a warm smile. Dr. K offers headphones, chapstick, aromatherapy, and even an iPod to take your mind off the work he's doing, which is always very gentle. I don't hesitate to refer even my closest friends and family.

I visited Dr. Krochak once. Did not enjoy the consultation or the advice I got and decided not to receive further care. I was then bombarded with a dozen follow-up emails asking me to go in for additional care.

The place and people who work here are great. Very kind and accommodating. My only negative is with Doctor Kenyon. He can come off rude and not a good choice for someone who is already nervous at dentists. He has started drilling on a cavity before it was totally numb and when I went back for a different filling and was wary about being totally
numb and asked if it was, he just put the drill in and said "well we will find out". Again not a good choice for someone with any anxiety towards dentists. I usually get the "laughing gas" for fillings and work. Dr. Kenyon knows this

I had the best experience at the NYC Smile Spa! Dr. K helped me get over my fear of the dentist and made sure I understood what was happening with my teeth every step of the way. He is amazing at his craft and is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. The entire staff was amazing as well! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I'm not sure if I'm the norm or not, but I've had a fear of going to the dentist my whole life. I've gone through stints of not going to a dentist for up to 5 years because I was so scared and traumatized by very bad and extremely rough dentists in the past.

I started going to Dr. Michael Krochak and Dr. Josh Perlman after my longtime Periodontist overlooked a cavity I had shortly after a deep gum cleaning. I've had the best experience with NYC Smile Spa. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to Dr. K. I had had an extremely gummy smile and Dr. Krochak recommended a gingivectomy. It was performed in two visits and I was out of the office in less than 2.5 hours for both. The difference in my smile is crazyyyy amazing. It looks so good and I've gotten sooo many compliments.
