I’ve been living here since 2018 and I have always loved it. Close to everything including my sons school. Maintenance is awesome and always right on time with my needs. Brandis, Donna, & Jill have always been awesome! Always willing to work with your wants and needs and address any concerns you may have. Anytime I call they answer and always have a pleasant attitude when having to deal with me. I recommend living here 10/10.

We moved to 2200 Big Creek about a month ago and just love here!
We are from Florida and decided to move here to get away from the heat and the craziness and could not be happier.
The complex is just beautiful and very well maintained. Our apartment faces the woods; it is so calm and serene that we feel that we are the only ones here.
We are surrounded by pure nature that we can see deer right outside our patio!
The amenities are great, and we also have our own private entrance to the Big Creek Park!
Brandis from the leasing office is great; She helped us all the way through and made our move

I honestly had to give this place a star and I'm guessing others have had better experience. I've been in other apartments for cheaper and that were worth it and this place is not unfortunately. I was just here very recently and moved out in 3 months because of constant water leaks and bug infestation. The staff is great like everyone says, but the apartments and grounds to me are so not worth the expensive price tag put on it. The staff and maintenance people attempted to fix the problem, but it seemed they just couldn't figure it out. I believe in paying money for things that are worth it and

Donna in the leasing office is fantastic and goes out of her way to find the best apartment for you without any pressure. The location is unbeatable. The property is bucolic without sacrificing the convenience of nearby shopping. If you love nature, but don’t want to live in the literal country, Big Creek is a great spot.

Staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and helpful. The apartments are well priced for the area and though they've been around for a while, they are constantly working to improve the interior. Never had any major neighbor or bug issues besides the rare uninvited house guest, and pest control came right out whenever it happened and solved it.

Any organization gets a good/bad name because of its people...'its staff'. At Belcourt Apartments there are few people to mention who make people want to extend their lease, because of them you do not want to go apartment hunting and stick with the same complex. ' Ms. Donna Weeks' from the leasing is office is one of them. She makes it happen, keeps in touch with us on emails and makes it a point to serve the apartment seeker to her best potential. Her counter part 'Ms.Amber' and 'Mr. Alan'-maintenance) too are very courteous and patient enough to hear out the problem and provide solutions. Pleasure

Listen. I want to make sure that you listen to me Clearly! Donna is Amazing! She walked with me through my approval process and made the opportunity effortless. She takes the potential resident into complete consideration, and follows throughput the process impeccably! This property to me is highly recommended. However, the changes in management have presented below average customer service and maintenance. There's a leak in the roof of my building causing mold and water… buildup in the ceiling. Instead of properly fixing this, the maintenance staff paints over it and has the manager lie about the steps taken to resolve the concern. Please note this is an updated review as I desired fairness and gave the management team an opportunity to resolve.
If you're coming from a property with rats, this will definitely be an upgrade. However, if you have asthma
