I'm just going to be honest. These are regular basic apartments. For the ones complaining when you saw it was a non gated older type from the 80s and saw regular older broken down cars in the parking lot you knew exactly what you where getting keep it real. These aren't for people who are looking for a gated tennis residential style apartment with security at the front gate or in the leasing office. These are for people who are looking to get their life together maybe for their next apartment or saving up for a house purchase. Someone with struggling credit or first time apartment renters on limited

For over a week that have notify the office for the repair job and yet the job was never been done. I pay my rent regularly but for any repairs I will have to wait for weeks. The job is still pending and they sent message to rate undone job.

Horrible new management, not customer service friendly at all! doesn’t care about their residents nor do they even make an attempt to help u if u need it ppl don’t waste your time going there

Maintenance had Super fast response time and fixed quickly. Effortless! Amazing team!

I am here to confirm the experience of those that have been unfortunate to be trapped in a lease at this apartment complex, especially at Building 13. By far the worst place I have ever lived due to the CONSTANT noise that is not a major fault of the tenants, but the complex itself.
This is a poorly designed living space with paper thin walls as others have said. You can hear everything. I should not be able to hear private conversations people are having above me that would make me aware of serious issues like health, financial status, etc. You will have NO PRIVACY here and may become a predatory

Maintenance person did a fine job; replaced garbage disposal unit and works great. Everything leading up to the job was ambiguous. Received an email stating 'pending review," never heard anything afterword, no idea if my request was received and was going to be taken care of, didn't know date, I didn't even know it was done until I found the work order slip (granted, power was out at the time (PGE issue) and it was dark).

Absolute nightmare. This was the WORST Living experience I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT move here —- you will absolutely regret it. The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything — and you will NEVER have peace. There were 4-5 people living above us — PLUS a dog, and there was constant noise. I could hear loud bass music, stomping, bumping, slamming, barking, talking, yelling, tumbling, tv noises, video game noises — and constant movement at all hours of the day and night. It sounded like a circus upstairs. We NEVER had any peace and quiet in our own home. I have lived downstairs

I stopped by a week ago. The sign says be back at three, returned at three and it was changed to three thirty. I got a chance to speak to someone who was dropping of there application ,was told they stopped by at 1:30 the sign then said return at 2. Not sure who was working that day, but they got paid to do absolutely nothing. It's truly a shame that people are being taken advantage of in such a vulnerable time. I'll make sure that corporate knows what's going on the property.

The maintenance man was a new guy. The first time I've had any dealings with him. He did an awesome job. Very professional, did a good job, and he cleaned up after himself. The only reason I didn't give him five stars was because he spoke broken English, and that's the only reason! We were still able to communicate. Well done.

I applied and got approved. I had a move in date and signed documents showing that move in date, no disclaimer they could change it. They called me 3 weeks before move in saying that they let the current tenants extend their lease and that I couldn’t move in as planned (after signing the documents with my move in date). The current place I was at ended before the new move in date. They offered a smaller apartment for more money. They are terribly handled and make illegal decisions to take advantage of people.

My brother moved from Chennai, India. He love this apartment and heard the staff members are very professional

I love the staff at waters edge they are awesome wonderful people Mrs Eneatra is awesome she is will help you with your problems she very sweet in welcoming she just awesome I thank god for a wonderful property management 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️

Moving here from NJ for work, Eneatra was very very helpful! She really help our transition greatly. The place we had setup before fell apart right before we were going to move down to GA and we have been here at Waters Edge ever since. We had limited time to find a new apartment. I applied online and Eneatra did a video call to show us the place… which was really great. We have been living here for 6 months and we love it here! The entire staff is so kind and helpful. The maintenance staff knows their craft. We are very happy. An added bonus is that island state park is literally across

The area is wonderful, a lot of things to do great access and great restaurants and eateries.. However I paid for an updated Remodel and it's it's done very subpar and I'm having a lot of issues with hot water and a toilet and it's just not okay.. The management team gets short when you call to complain about things because I'm like it's not okay I paid for a high price for such non kept apartment I didnt expect these things to be issues..When you Opt for the upgrade

I have lived at Waters Edge for 8 months now it's a very nice and quiet place to live the front desk and office ladies have always been very nice and personable. I feel they always go above and beyond to make sure living here is great!! I would recommend living here to anyone.

Renovations look great! Love the gym! Just wish we had access other than during office hours. Had a few problems, but the office and Maintanance were very helpful. Very quiet neighborhood, so I've had zero disturbances during the night.
