I really enjoyed my stay here. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Kendra and her associates are the nicest people I have ever met in an apartment complex. I highly recommend anyone moving here. They will take the best care of you. I will truly miss living here. Great experience in the state of Georgia, period!

Love my community and Kendra is my GIRL!! Kerri works hard too and even though there have been a few hiccups, I have been here for 5 years and everyone is amazing. My neighbors are nice, the kids are respectful, and maintenance is on point! I just downsized because my son graduated, and I could have moved ANYWHERE, but I am staying here. Cuz HERE is HOME!!

Move was very stressful but Kendra & staff @ Grande Oaks immediately assisted with anything I requested help for in apartment. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and able to provide service nearly instantly. In the past few days several minor problems arose, but the response was terrific and prompt. I am very relieved to have such a great staff at Grande Oaks. Many thanks

This is a beautiful apartment complex ! The apartment we moved into was very nice, clean, and we'll maintained by apartment staff.
The Lady we worked with (Ashley Belles) was Wonderful!!! Most helpful through the whole process!
Moving is always very difficult. Sure was nice to have a good Grande Oaks leasing agent who is attentive and most helpful!

Just moved in today! I've had a really great experience dealing with Ashley part of the management team. Ashley was very kind and helpful for every step of the way. Make sure to ask about any specials they have going on as they really helped us get a great deal. I was a little nervous as I hadn't seen our unit due to corona policies, but seeing it today it was beautiful! The grounds are very clean and the amenities are beautiful. I have throughly enjoyed every aspect of this complex and the management so far!

The service at this property is outstanding! My husband and I stopped by on a Friday to check out any available one bedrooms. We had booked our appointment last minute but the leasing office was more than accommodating. When we stopped by, the leasing agent we met with, Kendra, was very warm and welcoming and made sure my husband and I were well heard and showed us specific apartments that catered to what we were looking for. The pool area was well kept and the trash was managed and not spilling over like our current complex unfortunately. The two units we viewed were well kept and very spacious

I'm confused on the low ratings but looking at the timestamp the couple reviews are ALL old. It really is true that people only leave comments when they have a negative experience.
My review, 2018-2019 (only 2 months) so far has been nothing but great. The staff is open, friendly and attentive. The maintenance has resolved the 1/2 minor issues I had at move in, in a one day time frame. The neighbors are nice, diverse group, which is amazing to me. The area is a prime location close to two exits on 400. Also note that this review is coming from a person who LOVED his previous apartment complex

I lived at Grande Oaks for 2 years. When I moved out, I noticed mold on different spots on my daughter's bedroom walls, especially under the window. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets do not get painted but taped to make them look clean. The bathtub is sprayed with a layer of chemicals that make it look white, but that smell is horrible and the layer gets torn easily and, therefore, makes it extremely hard to clean and maintain. It's basically a health hazard. I got billed excessive fees at the beginning of the lease, including a new carpet premium, as well as miscellaneous monthly fees

Robin is the worst. Just to get me as a new resident she told me that apartments down the street are unsafe and filled to brim with blacks and hispanics. She said Grand Oaks has not as many blacks and some East Indians which is preferrable to the later. I was appalled by her comments. This cant be legal as this violates equal housing laws. For some reason this company hires the lowest of the low.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is not "luxury" living by any standard. The gate is always broken and ANYONE can enter the community, The trash compactor has been broken for months allowing garbage to pile up and attract insects and rodents, There is always drama of some sort. You will be nickle and dime'd in every possible way. Look at other options!

Cannot give enough of a strong warning against this place! Lived here for two years, when I first moved in, there was a rather nice young lady who assisted me. She was very pleasant, and explained everything clearly.
Fast forward a year, needed to move to a 3 bedroom. Went into the office to inquire about a move, and was told by the new manager (Robin) there would be a penalty to move to a three bedroom! Explained that my lease was going to be up and would be moving after that date. Avoided the late fee after coming back and speaking to someone else in the office. Got him to write a contract

This is a complex I'd been eyeing for awhile, but hadn't found the time to look at until yesterday (4/11) around 3:20 ish. I was really excited to go but drained from work! When I walked in I walked around to the first person I saw, and I could tell that my presence annoyed her.
She was a thicker maybe Hispanic woman with long hair, I believe her name was Marilyn. The entire time I was there (which wasn't long) I felt like I was really unwanted. Her phone went off a few times while we were sitting in her office, and once we got to the unit to tour she wasn't very helpful.

Worst customer and residential service ever!!! For some reason of all days our electrical room was locked and my cable, internet & phone couldn't be connected with my new provider without having access. I called our "courtesy" officer and maintenance man to simply have the door unlocked, and was told that this is not an emergency. I explained that I work from home and have no service so it absolutely is an emergency. How can i pay rent without working? 2 hours later an angry black man bangs on my door saying where are the technicians? I said they had to leave, but im trying to

This was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. The administrative staff in the office are rude, uninterested and certainly not helpful.
Be careful: we were over-charged at move out. And when we paid our bill, in full, I was still sent to a collection agency.
They said "oh we're sorry" and agreed to "rectify it."
Our check was applied to the residents who moved into the apartment after us. The check amount was clearly not a month's rent, this was a careless thoughtless mistake.
It is critical that the administrative staff be helpful, friendly

Shaun the regional manager really needs to get better staffing and Grande Oaks. Arlynn Harris and Robin Sandman do not have the dignity to work in the Apartment complex. I think that they both should be working in a mill somewhere where they do not have to deal with people. I advise no one to move there because the treatment that one receives is terrible from these two women. I hope they both have to resign from their position someday and find a job where they are better suited. Both women made my whole experience terrible there.
