Spoke with someone on the phone the day before viewing the apartment, quoted me less than 1200 for a two bedroom. I had her repeat the price because it sounded perfect! Came in the next day to view it, and someone else said there's none available the date that she told me, or anywhere close to that price. If you're considering this apartment, I would go in and have them write down the price rather than over the phone, because I was told incorrect information. Terrible experience.

As a current resident this place isn’t worth the money. None of the promised amenities are available to use (due to “renovation”, its been over a year).
The apartment staff are rude and do not accept or return calls, and make it nearly impossible to get in touch with them.
Maintenance always does the worst job possible and does anything they can to avoid fixing something properly.
They provide a washer and dryer to each unit however they are poor quality and don’t work properly half the time.
Lastly, a renovation was just done on our unit, while the renovation is nice it’s not complete

I am truly happy to be starting my new journey at Manchester at Mansell. Ta'Quiera really did an incredible job at answering all my questions and easing all of my worries. She exhibited awesome communication. She kept in contact with me and updated me throughout the entire process. Now I have my dream apartment in the amazing location of Roswell,GA. I was super lucky to have her as my leasing specialist!

I have had a great experience all around with my recent move to the complex. From applying all the way to a week after I moved in- Elizabeth at the leasing office has been an incredible help and has made sure that my girlfriend and I are completely happy with the apartment. So a big thanks and great job to the Manchester at Mansell team for going above and beyond!

This place is ridiculous for the amount of money they charge. Our plumbing has NEVER been right, and we've only been here 6 months. Someone in the office will say someone is coming, and then no one shows up. The toilet is all backed up because of our baby wipe flushing neighbors, and we cannot use the toilet or the shower! They hardly ever answer the phone, and when they do, it's B.S. We are outta here when this lease is up. Don't even let me get on the spiders. They are everywhere! No pool all summer, laundry facilities, and gym are a joke. Ugh. Just UGH.

Worst place in Roswell by far! Management is absolutely horrible. At this point I’m convinced they don’t care about doing their jobs in the slightest. I went 8 months with no AC and ignored maintenance requests. They finally fixed it when summer was over. However they started an update project which was supposed to be no more than 5 days long, yet a month and a half later my kitchen still isn’t completely painted, there are wires sticking out of my wall, and I have no cabinets. They also removed my bathroom mirror which shows what looks like black mold. No ones been here to fix anything.

Do not live here if you care about where you live at all. Management can’t be bothered with emails, maintenance request or phone calls. Getting thing fixed around here is impossible. I truly don’t blame the people working in the office however, management needs to take responsibility. The company who owns the place is a ghost so good luck getting ahold of them to complain. That’s really my main complaint. Amenities aren’t awful, gym is a real hole but apartments aren’t awful except for broken stuff here and there. Decently quiet depending upon where you live. I would suggest if you have

REPOST! Apartment management is reporting my review to hide them from public view BECAUSE I am reporting the facts about this place!!!
I have been living at this apartment for over an year. If you put in a maintenance request, it will take them more than 2 weeks+ to show up. This has happened multiple times, once it took them 2.5 months to follow-up on an issue. Absolutely horrible management, stay away if you are looking for an apartment. Oh yeah its cockroach & centipede city!
Update - A work order I put in during the time I wrote the above review, guess what, it's still not addressed or fixed

I’ve lived here since September 28th and I’m a single father who has a 17 month old daughter. My air has been out for over half the month of July and it’s still going out. It’s yet to be fixed. Having my baby in the house with no air in the middle of July is mind blowing. They have been so nonchalant about this as well. Because I’ve had my air on, on and not auto my electric bill went from average of $54 to this month being 253.67. They started renovating my place and left it halfway done with a hole in my kitchen and bugs are coming out of the wall into my place. I’m beyond sick of
