Property gates left open due to premises in disrepair
Yet to hear correction from manager in response to email sent.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible individual called four days later and was very disrespectful I told person to respond to email. Yet to receive a response.
No incident report taken 7days later .

DO NOT MOVE HER Worst place I’ve ever lived. mold in one of the vents and maintenance did nothing and crawled with all types of insects. Heating and AC was always messed up in any way and We put in maintenance requests on multiple occasion sometimes twice in a day and nobody came. And when they did it would be for things we didn’t request to be fixed.

Giving the apartment four stars since it’s been chill living here, getting in was annoying. Tho you’re worker Stan is a 13/10 star worker! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my dog and I are taken care of. If he just sees us he stops us to ask how we are doing. If we ever need anything I know I can stop him if nothing big, and he will help if he can. Again Stan is the best, and worth living here for.

The move in experience was a little rough due to the covid protocols. Without being able to do a walk through. There was a misunderstanding during the application process. I was under the impression that my unit would have washer/dryer connections. On move in day the confusion kicked in. Blanca was very helpful with solving the problem, making sure that i would be moved into a place with washer/dryer hook-ups. Blanca went out of her way to keep me satisfied during the whole stressful move in experience. Thank you Blanca and the rest of the team for everything. I would definitely recommend this

I like the place, is really beautiful and have green areas. But the owner should put more security in the apartments since there have been some incumbinance and thieves have broke down into the apartments. The gate hasn't work and people that aren't from the apartment are coming in making stoles be easier. My neighbors have been victims of it .. ://

I can't forwarn people enough about this place it's SO BAD! Before you sign a rental agreement here drive through here on a Sunday evening or early Monday morning. The Block Long 3 foot deep line of Garbage Leading up to the Full to Overflowing Oversized non-working Trash compacting (that's the non-working part) Bin will have you running for the hills.
If that alone doesn't turn you away; know that the "small river" the bridge is over frequently floods until the the trees on shore are 4 foot deep. Don't believe me? Look how high the drains are off the ground

Resident since July 2008 & haven't had any problems until the past few months. Maintenance takes 1 week for a "high priority" request, office staff not as friendly/helpful, property staff not good at upkeep, it's a gated community; however, the gates are broken at least one to two weeks per month and it takes several weeks for the gate to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and find another apartment complex because I'm doing the same.
