I have a problem with wasp in my apartment. They refuse to fix the issue. They just come to spray the apartment and won't make the necessary repairs to keep them out. I have an ant problem in the dishwasher. They still have not cleaned the wood burning fireplace. I guess it will get addressed when there is a fire. This is a dangerous environment and I'd recommend against moving to this location. Added a few photos of a phone box that has been knocked down for a few weeks and the trash pile up that is allowed to happen.

Really awful place to live. A trailer park is better than this place. DO NOT RENT!!!! Really bad maintenance. AWFUL!!!! Bathroom ceiling collapsed and they did an awful job fixing it. Old apartments that are honestly scary to live in. lived on bottom floor didnt even have steps had to go down hill in mud. Do not not sign contract!!!!!! It will b late

Good staff but there is no control of parking they should give two parking to those who rent two bedrooms. and they should have a limit of cars parked in places that have parking problems, for example on Gran CT street. and be more strict. Another detail is that for one apartment there more than three cars, is a problem coming from work and not finding parking and having to leave the car in another place 3 or 5 minutes walking. especially on this street in Gran CT . The office ladies are nice staff and the maintenance guys are respectful just the parking lot is the problem here, in the night is

Great customer service goes a long way! Angeles, the Assistant Manager was my first point of contact when I was looking to move to Aspen. She has been the most pleasant person that I’ve ever dealt with in a leasing office. She’s patient, attentive and very responsive when you call or send emails. My application process was seamless and she really went out of her way to help me. Now being a resident, she always makes sure that if I have any issues within my townhouse that it’s taken care of almost immediately. I never have to follow up, she always does. Its a good place to stay especially the area with accessibility to most places like malls, grocery stores, highway, restaurants. Not cheap nor expensive which is good especially since it's located in Roswell. Just like any rental place you have minor issues. Yet my experience with management has been good and they jump right on all reported issues I have submitted. For me that's important. No probs with noise or traffic in and out. Neighbors are quiet and the schools are Mimosa Elementary, Haynes Bridge Middle and Centennial High. My child attended all three and we had no issues. I moved from out

I would like to give thanks and honor to the resident who turned in my belongings to the rental office today. I lost my wallet in some place I do not know and haven’t even realized it was gone until management called. Every thing was just how it was left. If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would rate aspen point. For starters I have lived here 2+ years and I should have known from the initial meet that it would be a horrible experience. Let’s begin with the first tour. They showed us a unit and it was nice and spacious, had decent counter tops and you couldn’t beat the price. I needed convenience to work and also enough space so I thought this would be a good fit. When move in day came it was a nightmare. Everything they had promised fell through. There were roaches everywhere I mean literally terrified to sleep. Also the layout was uneven

ABANDON ALL HOPE YE WHO ENTER HERE. The application experience was traumatizing from start to finish with confusion and misinformation at every turn. Plenty of pertinent information that may have led me to look elsewhere was left out of earlier discussions and only mentioned until after the application fee was submitted. Every time I visited the leasing office I left with a new fee I had to pay and headache. I can't count the times that I was told a manager would be contacting me and would never receive a phone call.
