Services
Since 2011, Spraggins Fitness has been a local West Seattle boutique neighborhood studio located between the Alaska & Admiral Junctions. We specialize in providing a circuit-training style, strength training workout in a safe & effective environment. We offer motivational coaching, creative workouts that are never repeated, and dynamic workouts that focus on mobility, cardio, core strength, & total body strength improvement.
For clients that have their own equipment and would like to train using what they have, we are also scheduling sessions specifically customized to the client, using ZOOM as well. Reach out below and we'll follow up with available times and pricing. For clients who prefer one-on-one sessions, we are also offering those via ZOOM, for either 30 or 45 min workouts.
This type of training is perfect for the social butterfly or new Seattle transplants open to making new friends. Think circuit training but new & fresh each time you walk through the door. No repeats, means we can keep the body challenged with fresh NEW routines & the mind STIMULATED - no plateau's, no ruts, just a steady climb to long-term health.
1. Make oat flour by putting oats in a blender or food processor, blend oats until soft and powdery. In a smaller bowl mash the banana, then add remaining wet ingredients (vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and oat or almond milk). 5. Heat skillet over low-medium heat, if needed, spray pan with canola or coconut oil spray.

Scott and Teresa are awesome! I primarily work with Scott and he’s one of the best trainers I’ve had. I’ve worked with several over the years.
The workouts are tough and I leave every session dripping sweat, but his approach doesn’t leave me sore all over like I have been with previous trainers. This is a testament to how he works the whole body and focuses first on strengthening weak areas so it doesn’t lead to injury later on.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I've never been to any other personal trainer, but, Teresa is exactly the person I imagine being the perfect personal trainer. She's patient, unpretentious, and a good communicator. She offers a challenging exercise without making it impossible to execute. She offers small group classes (in addition to 1:1) that make it easier for budgeting people like me. I highly recommend Teresa.

I highly recommend Teresa. I’ve been working with her for 5 months and can really tell the difference. She challenges but doesn’t overwhelm, adjusts to a wide range of needs and abilities, and is very flexible with time and schedule, really trying to make it work for you. Plus she is personable and makes the workout go quickly.

Teresa is an inspiring trainer who will help you reach your goals. She listens to your needs, understands how your body works, and knows how to help you get stronger. I have worked with several personal trainers over the year and Teresa is the best. I have worked with her for several years and she has offered training tailored to my needs at each step. She has coached me in a gym setting, at a track for running, outdoors for general fitness and she even came to my home when I was recovering from a foot injury. She has so many tricks up her sleeve that I am never bored. I have had individual sessions and group sessions and they are all excellent. Prior to my experience with Teresa, I had never gone to a personal trainer. The thought of going to a gym to work out never appealed to me. Up into my 20's I was very active in multiple sports. Going to a stuffy, crowded gym was not high on my list of things to do. However, when working with Teresa I don't feel like I'm going to some meat-head gym. She is very good about changing up the exercises so things never get stale. When I have been hurt or unable to do a certain move, she offers up other exercises and makes sure I don't hurt my self further (or just tells me to stop

I started training with Teresa in February to get in better shape and lose a few pounds for my upcoming wedding that took place in May. My fiancé and I signed up for twice a week, one hour circuit training. Originally this was going to be for 8 weeks and just for the wedding. We are still going.
