Our goal at CrossFit Orlando is to build Strong Bodies, Strong Hearts, and a Strong Community. CrossFit Orlando is committed to making people better. Owners Luciano 'Lou' Sperduto and Gabriel Haas both believe passionately in CrossFit, but also in helping others achieve their goals. We want everyone to achieve serious results, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
We believe that it takes a certain level of humility to identify and overcome weaknesses and become great. Everyone, young and old, from the competitive athlete to the sedentary desk jockey, possesses varying degrees of ability. We strive to provide a fitness program that adapts to every athlete's ability and pushes him or her to achieve things well beyond what he or she thought possible.

Services
Luciano and Gabriel both started as members at CFO and quickly realized they wanted to be more involved. They discovered the joy they found in meeting new members and the excitement of helping people improve their health, so they got certified and started coaching. In 2013 Lou and Gabe had the opportunity to take over ownership of CFO.
Luciano was introduced to CrossFit in June of 2011 and hasn't been the same since. Competitive sports, specifically rugby, were a big part of Lou's life from a very young age. Lou excelled at rugby, playing a key part in his nationally ranked high school team, and went on to captain Boston University's rugby team.
Sabrina excelled in team sports from a young age and some might say she has a bit of a competitive side. She played multiple sports while in high school and attended a private University in Southern California on a volleyball scholarship. After college, she struggled with maintaining a fitness program, finding most gyms, routines and classes she tried were missing the elements of competition and comradery that motivated her.
Jeremy is an Orlando native with a Master's degree in Counseling. He is motivated by helping people become better versions of themselves, mentally and physically. Jeremy has been part of the CrossFit community for the last 6 years. Before that, he was a certified TRX instructor and led a successful Boot Camp program in St. Pete.
Our CrossFit programs offer full body workouts combining cardio, weightlifting, core training, and gymnastics into one session. CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman's CrossFit to children ages 4-17, based on mechanics, consistency and intensity. The CFO Barbell Club's focus is on participants experiencing the basic positions and learning the foundational points of lifting movements.

I seriously can't say enough about how amazing this CrossFit gym is! I've been going here for 4 years, and I've enjoyed every minute of it! The coaching staff is professional and knowledgeable, and they create an amazingly supportive and fun atmosphere to work out, stay healthy, and make friends. I would recommend this CrossFit to anyone at any age and any fitness level because of the ability of the coaching staff to make the workouts scalable for all... I would definitely not say that about every Crossfit, but I can confidently say that about this one. The member base is diverse

CFO makes even a traveler who wants to stay fit feels welcome. Thanks guys and a big shoutout for your amazing box 👌👌
... oh and for the fact; I'd like to keep certain moments as private... that is why I never place any pictures around and from children, swimming pools, sporters and recognizable people. It's also the law...

First time dropping in ever....this was the place to do it! Everyone was welcoming-introduced me to the group during stretching, but by that time everyone had already introduced themselves. Gym is beautiful and workout was-well...Crossfit! Crossfit Orlando exemplifies the community that I was looking for when I started the sport! Thank you CFO! J

Doing a bit of a crossfit tour here in Orlando and SO tempted to stop my search with this one. Things I love about this place that matter to me (in no particular order):
1. multiple coaches every class that circle around to check on each member
2. programmed, group warm ups
3. strength heavy/focused programming
4. classes are timed out ("spend 8 min on this warm up", "spend 20 min finding your 1rm", etc), and so classes start and end on time
5. SUPER friendly members. isolation is not an option. lots of enthusiasm for 6 am, too
6. tons of fans! as cool as you could ask a gym
