As your personal trainer, my job entails much more than simply giving you a great work out. I will work with you to constantly evaluate your progress and ongoing fitness needs.
Services
Since I don't sell huge packages of sessions, I am focused far more on the client experience than the "hard sell." My clients will never hear a multi-level marketing spiel from me, and I will never try to sell them supplements or fitness gear. My clients know that if they ask me about fitness or nutrition products, they will get my professional opinion, free from any commercial interests.
My most popular training services are listed below, along with my rates. I'm a professional, not a salesman. My rates are not inflated for negotiation, and I do not push huge packages of sessions at a discount. See below for an explanation of my monthly billing. If your needs require something not listed below, please contact me and I'll let you know what it will cost.

I worked with Jacob during his tenure at the University Club before it went under construction. First of, Jacob is a really nice guy and passionate about his career and helping people stay fit.
I worked out with him for a total of 10 or so sessions. He had some interesting work out techniques but didn’t find them to be particularly challenging or revetting. But they kept me active and engaged. His style was enthusiastic but his training routine was a bit weak in terms of getting an intense workout and progress I wanted. He’s probably better at maintenance as a trainer or slowing down regression

Jake is a phenomenal trainer with an intimate, focused facility. He values your time and creates a comfortable, encouraging atmosphere which helps to keep you motivated and learning how to better improve your health. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable professional and will help you reach your fitness goals efficiently and healthfully, teaching you methods for working out that can be maintained for a lifetime.
