EDIT: Everything has been fixed promptly.
Moved in November, the process was quick and easy, no problems with that. The apartment was extremely dirty. Seems like nothing was clean, the fridge was so smelly, took a month for us to finally get rid of the smell, and don't get me started on the washing machine. There was and still is stinky mold. the knob for the washing machine barely works. The filter for the overhead microwave was not changed, a whole bunch of oil, dirt, lint was stuck. There was a hole in the wall of our bedroom.

Good location, building could use some upgrades. My neighbors and I have had catalytic convertees and equipment stolen, but no security mesures have been made to protect us the customer. They did contact me promptly the following day to discuss what happened. They also informed me they are only the property manager not the owner so the fault of the stolen equipment is not solely theirs.

I used to work for Grindstone, and in all honesty, they are the best. Everyone at the corporate office is so kind and welcoming, and they made me feel at home right away. I had an amazing experience with them. They care very much about their residents, and are all very professional. Overall, they are a great company to work for, and their properties are great places to live.

I highly recommend grindstone property management. The property and living quarters we’re always clean properly taken care of. If there was an issue, maintenance would promptly be there, for any issues that may arise. For the three years I lived there I never had any problems with neighbors or the management. For these reasons, I’m giving them a 5 star rating. I highly recommend renting from Grindstone property management.

Update 12-22-17 they again removed all the cooler parts so I couldn't use the blower for the cooler. Had to ask them to replace the belts. After being here 30 years I shouldn't have to remind them. Also, they removed the pet traps after one month and the mice are back. The bathroom sink now smells of sewer at the time. Or maybe it's just the dead mice. It's just gross. Oh, and no lights to be added by them. I have to do it using a licensed electrician. Lastly, asked to have a storage pod in front of my unit for some stock needed for larger jobs and was denied. They want me to rent another unit

Grindstone property management are slum lords. larry told me my unit didnt require gas but when i moved in i saw it did take gas for the hot water and furnace. When southwest gas came they said there was a gas leak and they couldnt turn it on. Ive been asking them to fix ot since the middle of june, its now the end of october and its still not fixed. They also accepted my dogs who were on the lease but when a neighbors dog pushed through the rotting fences they never repair and got in my backyard my dogs got in a fight with the neighbors dog and they blamed me for it. I have been complaining about my air conditioner since march. finally, this weekend, it went out completely. when i called maintenance, their comment was "it's not that hot out." it was 92 degrees in my apartment at that moment. the onsite property manager is really nice. that's the only reason i'm giving 2 stars instead of zero.
