Trash service I feel should be optional especially when I’m on 10 feet away from dumpster I shouldn’t have to pay the extra 30 for some one to pick it up when I can take it my self. Also if have more then two adults the you should get two parks close by unit vs having walk far and of course for this to be a new complex and rent increase already. What exactly are we paying. For

I'm just gonna do this again so people don't feel tempted to live here. For example, it took them a month to respond to my Yelp review.
Expect ants, noise, no action on complaints, zero security, strange fees in your bill, people parking in your spot, no guest parking, honestly. Don't live here

WAAAAAYYYY to expensive. Seriously over $2000 for a studio apartment?!! This was supposed to be affordable housing, that is how they advertised before and during building the apartments. It's not affordable at all. Why would anyone pay these outrageous prices when you could buy a house and have a mortgage payment that is a lot less and get more space?!
$3000+ for a two bedroom...yeah, no thanks, it would be around $2000 (or less) to buy a 4 bedroom house and I would have a garage, private backyard and not have to share paper-thin walls with a bunch of people.

Overprice and poor quality. Pay $3000 for a 2/2 units and $100 for water and sewage and $50 for trash. But what I got is a unlivable unit with non stop noise from upstairs units and very tight car parking if you can find a space. Will move out after my lease is up.

Management send out multiple notes to all residents regard noise complaints and ask everyone to be considerate to the down stair tenants. However, there is no enforcement and no improvement. Moved in mid October 2020 and both me and my husband love it. The Apartment is by far one of the nicest I’ve ever lived in and the staff is just amazing and super friendly and helpful. When we moved in we had so many boxes from furniture etc that it was too heavy to carry to the dumpster and the maintenance guys helped us out right away. Big shoutout to the girls from the front office and the maintenance team. Love it!

Recently moved to Cali from Florida.. my husband & I have never been to California and we were only able to do virtual tours. Every time we would call the front desk was beyond amazing and helpful! But especially our leasing agent Alyssa, who made everything from the welcome letters, DocuSign’s, and in-person tour were easy and wonderful. The apartments in general are beautiful! Very up to date with appliances and the design overall. So glad we chose these apartments for our fist memory of California. Thank you guys!

If I can give negative I would. Regret moving here within 2 weeks. Parking is a nightmare and sound insulation are so poor that I want to kill myself when you are awaked by your upstairs neigbor walking or running at 6am or after 10pm. I expect more for the rent that I pay. $3000 a month for a downstairs 2/2. And $50 for trash, $100 for water and sewage. It is not worth it. I can get a nice house with the money that I pay and the house will comes with garage and privacy. Also, my assigned parking is a long trek to the hill and you will need a stroller to get your items from your car or from the

Aside from the fact that the apartments and the complex are amazing and I cant wait to move in to my new home, the customer service is top notch! As a business owner myself, I place customer service as a priority and these folks are at the top of their game. I've had the pleasure of working with Shy, Alyssa and Destiny and they have all provided me with the most professional, kind and courteous customer service. They are all pleasant and have the most positive energy. I have had such a rewarding a pleasant experience and would highly recommend both this place and these people. I give them 10 stars

I've been living here for 1 day and I'm already amazed. Super quiet compared to where I used to live which is a huge plus for me. I was nervous that the noise level would be the same living near a freeway and construction still being done. However I was amazed when it was 10 o'clock at night and I didn't hear a single sound except me walking.
There are a few gives and takes between this place and my last but definitely 100% satisfied. Alyssa and Shyonna were definitely helpful. I did my first tour with Alyssa a few months ago and knew that I would be making the move as soon

This place is amazing! The people are great and very professional. I visited 6 places on Labor Day trying to find a place to move into as fast as possible due to spending over $140 a night a hotel but everywhere was closed except for Strada. I walk into the office and was greeted by Destiny and Alyssa, Destiny helped me get my move in situated and the paperwork stated that day. While Alyssa helped my friend with his paperwork. Would absolutely recommend this place and the people!!

Just moved here the middle of July and I'm already so happy I moved in. I'm fresh out of college and my first and only apartment before Strada 1200 was fine and normal. That's what I came to expect with all apartments, but I see now that I was missing out on a much better experience. Everyone at the front office was so nice and efficient when helping me with a mistake that I made during the application process. Specifically Brynna and Destiny were very helpful and patient with me; everyone was overall just super friendly and I'm excited to get to know them as my lease continues
