The residents feel like inmates and are afraid to bring up issues to management for fear of retaliation. The rules are ridiculous. They aren’t allowed the simple pleasures of using their patios or having plants on the patio. No use of the pool. The sidewalks have dangerous cracks that could cause a terrible fall.
Management is rude and show no compassion for the elderly.
The rent is raised every year, yet there are no property improvements.
Advocates for seniors need to step in.

This is supposed to be an affordable living for seniors. I have lived here going on 9 years and my only income is through Social Security. I make a little over $13,000 and yet each year rent is increased ($59 this year) . This is taking away from basic needs. I am 76 too old to go back to work. During this pandemic my daughter brought me a kitten for which I paid the $250 deposit but on top of that expense I have to pay an additional $15 a month for "pet rent" ❗️ Greedy at the expense of seniors. Are you trying to force us out to be replaced with higher rent tenants ❓You have already taken

The whole retirement buildings just look beautiful and the inside is very good looking as well. It's small but hey it's a retirement home after all so what could you expect

My mother has lived here for 3 years. They don't have any grab bars in the restrooms for the seniors. She got one from her doctor and Flora said my mother has to pay a person they pick to put it on. She has been harassed by the manager Flora since she got the position and she has NO buisness working around seniors. She talks down to them and has NO compassion. Luckily my mother has family who can speak up for her but what about those seniors who don't have anyone. I plan to look for another place for my mother. They've had issues with maintenance, they fired staff who had been doing their job now
