Avoid this complex. Did a tour with Patty and applied for an apartment. Within two weeks they had raised rent by $250 and told me they would do it again. They will raise rent on you while you live there. It’s predatory. A ONE bedroom is $2,450 right now. That is appalling considering the conditions of this place. There are dead rats in the parking lot and mouse traps out everywhere. No where to park. FAR from luxury. Save your money and go somewhere actually nice.

Absolutely do not recommend doing business with this company. They approved our lease (signed by all parties) yesterday at 4:22pm. Their website *deleted my account*, so we weren't able to pay by 6pm (their closing time). Rather than scheduling an appointment to do this in person with a check or money order, they canceled our application. The kicker? We're welcome to reapply, but the rent has increased by $500. Renter beware.

Would not recommend. Only live here if you don’t mind parking in the sams club parking lot across the street or if you walk to work. If you have more than one vehicle, good luck!

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is you can everything above you which I guess is expected when you live on the first floor other than that it’s really quiet and close to everything.

Bad sign, the words are too small! If you want to see the building number without getting off the bus, you need to bring a telescope or magnifying glass. Finding the location of the building is also difficult to find the house number! Each building entrance has no house number indication. If you are a visitor, you need to check the house number one by one to find your friend's house.

We lived there al most 12 years. I have to say that the staff there now is the best. Veronica and Patty are great to work with. They are always pleasant to talk to and they get you issue resolved in a timely manner. The current maintenance staff is also great. The apartments are getting a little old, but as tenants move out they get upgraded. I would recommend the Commons to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Lived here for a year, and would move back in a heartbeat if 1, there was a dog park area; 2, if the carpet had been replaced prior to our move-in (it was clean, but in poor condition); and 3, if rent were more affordable (which, honestly, is an issue everywhere at this point). Office staff were friendly, and Patty was always very responsive whenever we had questions, maintenance requests, etc. Units and complex as a whole are nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. Good amenities. I really miss living here!

Don't rent at this place! I lived there for 8 months and it was the worst rental experience I have ever had. The complex looks very nice from the outside and the apartments looks nice too but once you sign the lease you are stuck with an unprofessional staff. When I moved in I found that the dishwasher is broken. I asked them to fix it. They sent their technician twice and each time they claimed it is fixed. It took them approximately a month and half to fix it.
The kitchen was full of ants, when I told them about it they said its normal and that they have to follow certain steps to get rid of
