This complex will try to scam you out of money when you document poor carpet condition as well as not inform you that you'll get charged for carpet that hasn't been replaced for since 2015 when you only lived there for two years. I would rate zero stars if I could as everyone that works there is unable to help and passes you off to someone else. 0/5, do not recommend at all.

The complex has gone down hill. There isn’t any maintenance being done to maintain the property. The trash and recycling bins are overflowing daily with trash flowing into the street. We pay for our trash to be picked up at our door nightly and my trash has sat outside my door for 7 days now.
It’s a gated community and the entrance gate is left open 24/7. Hidden Creek advertises they are a luxury apartment complex but they are not even close.

My family and I moved here from San Diego, Ca on Jun.2018 and we are extremely happy here at Hidden Creek Apts. The girls in the office (Tiffany and Karla) are super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are quiet and clean. Our favorite part is the pool and being surrounded by beautiful big giant trees. Even in the 100 degree weather it does not feel hot because of the trees. Neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly. Maintenance guys come right away if you need something. So far we love it here and plan to stay for a while.

Love living here the staff is very friendly and loyal to all who live in the apartment complex. I think the best is the new updates that are happening you can see what they want it to become and with out hurting your bank account rent is decent. Alot of people who have given bad reviews on this apartment complex have usually bounced their rent checks and moved out overnight so of course they're going to give a bad review. I have been here for 4 years and have no complaints. Life's a garden dig it!!!!

Don't live here is my recommendation. Especially if you're military, just avoid this place. We've been living here for 8 months and got noticed that husband is deploying. We go through the right channels and to put in our 30 day notice since we're deploying we're allowed to break the lease as long as we have-according to the lease- orders or a letter- stating l that he'll be gone for more than 60 days. Now, he doesn't get orders issued until practically the day he leaves, so to stay in the 30 day notice we get a letter written by his chief- which according to the lease is acceptable. When we turn

Why am I willing to pay such high rent for an apartment? Because the view is beautiful. The apartment is huge. I live in a 2/2 in the back of the complex. I've been here over 3 years. I have two large bedrooms with walk in closets. A full sized washer and dryer, and vaulted ceilings. Yes, my PG&E is high in the summer. It takes a lot to keep this place cool. I'm sure if it was an updated system, it wouldn't be as high. Because of the trees, they have lots of water mains breaking. In the 3 years I've been here, the water has been shut off probably 10 times. Only once without warning. They are pretty
