We moved to this apartment back in February. One great thing about this place is that it allows you to do month to month lease with only 100$ more than 6 month lease. Another good thing is that the maintanace is really fast, helpful, and he is a good guy.
The apartment view is great, to a very nice pool surrounded by beautiful trees.
Management is also nice and tries to help. The only thing is that I get my paycheck 5th of each month, and the management didn't help me with a later payment. This was a little troubling for us. But again it is our more personal issue and they are not obligated to

This review comes 8 months after moving into a different apartment. I felt I needed to write it especially after I realized how great living at Shasta Terrace was compared to where I am at now. Nicole who manages the complex is very real and helpful with any situation that may arise. The maintenance staff was always friendly and prompt. Granted I moved to have washer and dryers in my unit and central heating and air however, the office staff is horrible at my new place and do not care what your needs are. Nicole even went out of her way to fix a neighbor issue and parking issue that we had.

Been on the search for a apartment for some time now and my family had pointed me to here and I took my time to finally go look at them and they are amazing! The office staff are so sweet! and very understanding! not only that but I'm so excited to move in, its very refreshing knowing that the management team that works there actually cares and is putting in the effort to show it. Awesome place highly recommended.
