Best apartments i have lived in by far! They are way more well taken care of then other apartments in Modesto that "claim they're newly renovated" take my advice choose to live here this place is amazing and it feels like home and u won't have to wait weeks on end for them to get back to you if I have an issue! Best apartments hands down and so close to beautiful trails!

Very relaxing place to live!
I'm a former Stoneybrook resident and it was my first time renting an apartment. I'm glad I chose this one. The pool is lovely and the clubhouse is a great place to hang as a community. With its cute duck and turtle pond it should be called Storybook!
Nearby a park, Sprouts, Target, and two major banks it's convenient as well.
Staff is wonderful, grounds are immaculately kept and there is a security presence. Chezaraii Horn is the assistant community director and an angel in disguise. As a first time renter I had a lot of questions and every one of them where expertly

Don't put money down for a security deposit that you might never see again, I waited well over a month to get my security deposit back and nobody could tell me where it was at, didn't have a tracking number for it, couldn't tell me if it had been cashed. They also won't give you any contact info for their HQ office, they give you a phone number you can pull up online but they won't give you a specific person to talk to. And let me tell you no one from their main office will call you back. Still haven't received a call back from anyone. They also said I forfeited $150? Uh no I didn't, nobody sat

I moved out of my apartment almost 5 weeks ago and here I am still with no deposit. I had put the incorrect apartment number on my 3 week notice sheet which I completely take responsibility for but somehow my deposit was mailed to the completely wrong address. I get it mistakes happen but I called the stoneybrook Office on the 27th and was told that my check would be over nighted. Today is the 2nd I have yet to receive anything. I called the office today and was told that the woman who told me it would be over nighted pretty much lied and I'd have to wait another 21 days. I am a 20 year old

I lived at Stoneybrook for about 6 months. The manager s were nice while I lived there. The property is very nice and quiet and relaxing and pretty. I enjoyed it there. But , after I moved out the manager Adrianna added extra rent, utilities, cleaning charges on to my final bill to fraudulently obtain my security deposit so enjoy the nice property but before you move out do a walk threw and look threw your final statement carefully. I would hate to see someone get taken like I was.

Their management is very bad they tell you one thing and it always end up another you have to watch out they lie to cover their story and protect their jobs they will hardly work with you and the security on staff will just sit in the front of the office they rarely do any searches they are very bad with communication and their maintenance is horrible they will not come out or even help not one single bit even if it is an emergency I would def think twice before moving inside their apartment they may seem nice but looks are very deceiving I wish FPI could take a look into their apartments and how

This apartment was the first apartment to ever really be move in ready. Everything was immaculate. The clubhouse is huge,you get WiFi if you use the computers there,You can host a party for cheap in there. Office staff are super nice. It's Super quiet,pet friendly,nice pool and spa. There's a free gym... So no excuses!!We love it here.

I can't say enough good things about Stoneybrook-it was hands down the best place I've ever lived. I lived in a junior one bedroom for a year and a half, and the price for my beautiful home was very reasonable. The amenities of the property are great, and the apartments include all of the best (central air, dishwasher, balcony, etc). The office staff is very friendly and responsive, and the maintenance was incredible-I never waited more than 24 hours for them to come, and they're very efficient. I also always felt very safe and the community was quiet, so it was always a relaxing

Stoneybrook Apartments is worth living at! The management is so friendly and caring. The amenities are great quality with the pool is always clean as well as the 2 story club house. The laundry facilities are well kept with enough washers and dryers for multiple people to do their laundry all at once. The neighbors are quiet and to themselves. The overall experience at Stoneybrook was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a easy going environment.
P.S. they hold your package for you in the front office if the delivery driver cannot reach you at your apartment... enough

I lived here for 5 years. The staff at the office (both before and after the ownership change) have always been helpful and polite. The grounds are well-maintained and neighbors were friendly. Get an apartment facing into the complex, as the ones facing outword can be a little noisy due to the street noise.
