**UPDATE-1 year lease completed**
Positives: Sanjana! Sanjana is a awesome property manager! The maintenance staff is also wonderful.
The new security gate was a great addition.
Amazon locker on site along with new mailboxes.
Never had a issue with ants or other bugs. I saw one bug, called the office and Sanjana had the pest company come spray my doorway. Never saw another bug after that .
Nest thermostat was a super convenient way to control the heat/air while you are at home or away.(make sure you download the app )
New Smart washer and dryer-I will truly miss you Lol
