The area of the hotel was horrible. The area look dirty and there is no good view at all. The first night there we got stuck in the elevator so there is only one working elevator. The hotel smells horrible. The balconies off the rooms were extremely filthy. The only good thing about this hotel was how big and nice our king bed room was and the friendly staff. The hotel is also 15 minutes from bourbon street and the French quarter. I definitely would not stay here again.

Great hotel for the price, quiet, clean, nice room. Front desk guy in afternoon was helpful and polite. Parking is free across the street and well lit. Would stay at this hotel again. Downtown tourist area is about 5 min drive. The city on the other hand is a cess pool, potholes, dirty, homeless.

Great hotel for the Freret area. Walking distance to the High Hat and a few other restaurants. Also a grocery store 2 blocks away. There's a hospital right next door, so it's a bit industrial looking. Beware, some of the rooms have a tiny balcony. I though I'd get one with chairs and be able to hang out out there, but mine had about 4 ft of space and an A/C unit.

Clean and no frills hotel. Good location and would recommend to anyone in New Orleans. The only reason I don't rate this place a 5 stars is because of the lack of gym facilities.

This place is amazing this place is very neat this place is very cozy but what I didn't like about this place is the electrical sockets in the room. All the electrical cycles were not working I don't know why like it was wiggly I don't know they need to do better with that oh and another thing that I didn't like about this hotel. I just feel like we are way off in the technology world where the TVs in the room are not smart TVs so there was no Netflix there was no Amazon prime there were nothing on the TV just regular basic cable with 35 channels on it and who watches regular TV the way that this

The lobby and decor is fine. Prices are good. However, the reservation was to include breakfast, which they do not honor. No breakfast is available at all. The rooms do not get cleaned during the stay, and you have to ask for fresh towels, etc. The room floor, upon check-in, had grit or something on it. They only have one type of pillow which was too thick and firm.
All that said, the staff was pleasant and the room was acceptable. The location is good if you want to be uptown or near Tulane.

Dog friendly hotel uptown! Nice staff. Andrew is the man! I was struggling with my dog, mask, purse, keys, etc. He ran across the street to get my car & helped me load up. Great guy!
