Marian Realty, Inc. was established in 1977 as full service professional property Management Company serving condominium associations in the Chicago area.
Common areas are generally considered to be anything outside of your unit. Maintenance concerns are addressed based on priority and budget. Your property manager may need to ask you for additional information, please be sure to fill in each field. If your concern is within your unit, we can recommend a contractor for you to contact.
George J. Kotnour, Jr. and Sara Kennedy have a combined 47 years of Real Estate and Management experience. George is a graduate of DePaul University, and has carried the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for 31 years. George is a resident of Hyde Park and has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977.
At Marian Realty, we offer a full service maintenance division. Property maintenance is critical to the long term success of condos, HOAs, and investment properties. In doing so, we've established an elegant level of infrastructure aimed at giving our clients what they want when they want it. Our proprietary management software is state of the art and provides financial reports with greater detail, while allowing Board members unlimited access to records. The following services are included in our monthly fee, however we can also offer a variety of specialized management functions to suit your needs.

I have never dealt with a better property manager. Any concerns were addressed immediately and the staff know you by name. I am really sad to leave this building as there is a real sense of community that you don't usually find in a city. Hyde Park is dominated by TLC and Mac properties, and I felt really lucky to have found a really cool restored building that was managed by people who take the time to know your name, say hello, and respond promptly.
