We bring the best of both worlds together with 30-minutes of cross-training followed by a 30-minute Pilates session on the Reformer. We offer a variety of classes for all experience levels. If you're new to working out, we highly suggest starting with a FOUNDATION class before doing a FIRE class, but movement can always be modified to suit your needs. Our experienced coaches are here to support you and offer modifications so you can feel comfortable and confident throughout the class.

I was looking for a boutique personal training (PT) gym with a trainer that would challenge me. I found that in Steffanie, the owner. We scheduled a time to talk about my personal fitness goals and then she offered a complimentary PT session. I left my complimentary session feeling a rush of endorphins, challenged and sore, but in a good way! I scheduled weeks of PT and we agreed on days and times conducive to both our schedules. I have been with TriCore about a year and I LOVE it. Their trainers are amazing and the environment is welcoming regardless of your level. The classes are a great mix; they are fun but they push you to challenge yourself. I had never really done Pilates until I started coming here and I cannot tell you how amazing it has been for my body. My core strength, stability and posture have all seen major improvements. Although it is technically a gym, there is so much more there. It is a place that I want to come back to and I want to be a part of. If you have never done pilates before or think its not

I'm new to the area and after settling into my new apartment, I was anxious to find a Pilates studio that was local - And welcoming. I tried other studios in the area and I just couldn't "connect". I found TriCore one Friday night via Google and I was pleased to see they were 10 minutes away from me. They offered a free group class which I signed up online for 9am the very next morning.

Absolutely loved these classes. Was very fortunate to have been able to try for a week. Took advantage of each class and they are completely different. Each beneficial in it's own way. Fire class will definitely have your face red. It had everything on fire for me. The foundation class was better for me. But still challenging. But the pilates woke up all the muscles I'd forgotten I had. All the coaches are great and motivating. The groups are very nice and inviting. Coaches always have ways to help adjust to your ability and comfort. Wish is very appreciative.

The only thing that truly differentiates one gym from another is ENERGY. The ladies at TriCore Fit are unparalleled when it comes to creating the optimum environment in which to meet your fitness goals. Fun, supportive, and physically challenging. Wow! I called before going to ask what each class entailed, they took time with me over the phone to thoroughly describe each class so I could make the best choice. I went to the foundation class because I’ve never done Pilates before and this was the better option for beginners. The facility was clean, easy to find and had plenty of parking. The class and trainer were SO friendly and welcoming, I really felt comfortable there. I had a baby recently and they made modifications to the workouts for me so I could participate without hurting myself. Very impressed!

Bathroom was clean, was stocked well, trainers nice well spoken and attentive. Equipment was clean and cared for. It's really awesome when the girls bathroom has feminine products, spray shampoo, deodorant and so much more. The class was informative and even for a beginner who has never done a Pilates class on a machine it wasn't as intimidating as expected. The gym had a calm caring feeling that felt very close nit.

I'm happy with the group setting workouts. It's a challenge hiit class with an extra half hour of stretghting, lengthening for experiencing mobility in your life. Everyone should be interested to implement these kinds of workouts. Not basic at all. The other customers are pretty cool too. I think we all

TriCore offers a unique exercise that combines weight training, TRX, cardio, and Pilates. Dedicating an hour to TriCore will reward you with a great workout, a very friendly group, and helpful teachers. Their "simply Pilates" class is fantastic in its own right. It aligns well with the principles of Pilates (reformer), while offering a whole body focus. If you're new to fitness, have specific goals, or are in a fitness rut, I highly recommend giving TriCore a try!

I've been to 2 classes and have really enjoyed them both. It's like having your own personal trainer. The pilates class is a great workout not too strenuous and the trainer made me feel very comfortable. Today I did the fire class, which was constant activity and weights, pretty intense. The good thing is that you go at your own pace and just do what you can do. The trainers are great I was just happy that the second half of that class was pilates 😊💪
