Just completed my 3rd 30 day challenge with Tia and like the previous challenges, it did not disappoint! After a hard winter/spring work wise, I needed a bit of a kick in the butt to get my act together and this challenge was perfect! The platform that Tia uses to share training sessions allows for ease of viewing her technique videos, which are great for newbies as well as the seasoned athlete looking to refresh their form. Furthermore, Tia’s generosity of reviewing up to 3 technique video’s per week was key and likely reduces a lot of injuries for the athlete moving forward. Lastly, the FB

This was my first real experience with strength training. It was always something I wanted to add to my routine but always put it off. This was a great kick starter for me. The app was perfect for tracking my progress and guiding me through the workouts. I used the videos daily to review each exercise and to ensure I was doing it correctly. Another thing worth noting was the ability to send videos to for my for to be review and critiqued. 5 ⭐️

I started lifting consistently about 2 years ago. My gym closed in March and was searching for a person/group to challenge me to lift more an heavier. Tia help me build confidence in my form and strength. The group challenge was so supportive yet encouraged me to push harder. Great experience.

I loved the 30 Day Challenge. It was well-organized, with good explanations, and plenty of coaching along the way. It was definitely tough, but there were different levels of achievement to strive for and also we were placed in ability groups for competition, so we could all go for it. I made great gains!

I’m not one to sign up for challenges, in fact I can’t remember the last one I did before this! But my home strength routine was feeling flat and with the likelihood of another several months with no gym access due to COVID, I decided to register for Tia’s 30 day challenge. I am SO glad I did! It was a very challenging 4 weeks and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I learned a TON, the app was easy to use, and Tia’s videos describing and demonstrating the lifts/strength movements were incredibly helpful. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Tia in private sessions and in her masterfully created 30 Day challenge. The accountability, coaching, and encouragement you get from Tia and your teammates in the 30 Day Challenge is as close as it gets to a private session. There’s no other program that even gets close. Tia is so knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and nutrition and can work with all levels of clients. Highly recommend Tia and FitPro!

I just finished the FitPro 30 day challenge with my fiance, and we were blown away by the program and (most importantly) the results we saw from it. Tia's workouts are intense and varied, and as a beginner I was honestly terrified going into it because I couldn't do a single pushup. Tia was there every step of the way, providing support, critiquing form, offering advice, fine-tuning our diet, keeping us on track. We scheduled a training session with her for form correction on our major lifts and she expertly diagnosed our issues. The challenge community was so fun and helpful as well

Tia is a great trainer. she knows her stuff. she knows the muscles and diets and most importantly she focuses on your proper postures so you don't hurt your self working out the wrong way.
she is persistant with you keeping up and not only on the professional level she cares about your results but also she connects with you and cares as a friend and on a personal level and tries to help and motivate you with what ever you are dealing with. and uses that energy to push you to work out and not give up on your goals.
she is great. I highly recommend her
