All classes are suitable choices for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced participants unless otherwise noted. Abs - A complete 15-minute abdominal workout. All Level Flow - Poses linked together using the breath with each movement create a dynamic sequencing that increases heart rate, flexibility and strength.
