Chris is one of the nicest people I have met! When I first started training, I was a beginner and Chris helped me to learn how to eat the right foods and he taught me how to exercise properly. I really like how he doesn't just focus on the gym aspect of weight loss, but also the lifestyle change, that healthy weight loss won't happen fast, it's a slow process. I was skeptical about hiring a personal trainer in the first place because of experiences I had heard about from friends over the years. However, CHRIS IS FANTASTIC! Chris, is a reliable, responsible and trustworthy trainer. He is always cheerful and positive and takes the time to listen to me. Chris is a great human being first off! My partner and I hired him to come to our home 3x/week for workout sessions. It has truly changed our lives! We have both lost weight and toned our bodies and never had to leave the house or purchase expensive equipment or gym memberships. Chris loves what he does and the people he works with.
