Intro to Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga and more is offered every week at Fitness Crossroad. One-on-one attention and motivation from our knowledgeable and goal-oriented trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personalized instruction in a variety of fun formats. Small group training combines the benefits of working with a trainer, with the fun and energy of a group class. Kettlebell, TRX, Heavy Ropes, Barre and more are offered every week at the club. Whether you are a marathon runner or just stepping into running, Run Club offers support, encouragement, camaraderie and focused training.

Fitness Crossroad is a full-service, locally-owned fitness center. We offer cardio and strength equipment, group fitness and yoga classes taught by experienced and highly trained instructors, innovative and results-oriented personal and small group training, fun kid classes and programming plus much more.
CONVENIENCE: The more convenient the club's location is to either your home or your office, the more likely you will be to use it. STAFF: Is the staff is available to answer questions, or show you how to operate a piece of equipment? And ask whether the trainers and instructors are certified through a nationally recognized certification organization.
Fitness Crossroad has partnered with several companies (including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica, HealthPartners, UCare and Preferred One) that offer reimbursement towards your membership. Absolutely love this gym! The staff are so genuinely friendly and I love the small community feel. Rates are reasonable and you get access to multiple group classes a day.

The classes and staff are great, the equipment is up to date and works wonderfully and the locker rooms and steam rooms are nicely furnished and pretty fabulous

This gym is better equipped than the national chains to which I belong! Plus it isn’t crowded! You can train without having to wait for popular equipment to open up!

Everything you need to get swoll, needs more Phil Collins on the radio, but still 5 stars for the weights. Never crowded, no bros doing curls all afternoon, staff is very friendly and welcoming.

After moving to NE Minneapolis, my previous gym was no longer practical. I had gotten a few recommendation to Fitness Crossroads through neighbors and clients, so I decided to check it out. It's been about one month into my membership, and I love it! Affordable, friendly staff, good equipment, never super crowded and it's a short walk from where I work!

One of the best neighborhood gyms I have ever belong to. You know the management is doing the right thing when all of the staff are kind, encouraging, and have smiles on their faces.
My kids love going to the kid room. We came from Lifetime about 2 years ago and would not consider going back.

The center is a really good place to get it in, detoxify, and recover. It has a lot of equipment that larger gyms don't seem to carry for real body builders, but it is not a "hard core gym." It is family friendly and you will see folks of all ages. There is an attitude there in one or two that concerns me, but overall, I love the place.
